Thought this was native, didn't know it was running through a compatability layer it just felt so natural, even switched to windowed fine...
The game ran great and I never had any issues.
It played perfectly, was pretty fun and I could see somebody not even realizing it was running on Linux ever. I would recommend.
Ran fine, I did play around with setting to try and get ray tracing working. Honestly the lighting is so good I don't know if I had it on...
Plays perfectly as you would expect, it's a solid way to play a classic arcade game on Linux.
The performance isn't amazing but it's not amazing on Windows either at the moment. The game is a blast though with some effort.
I played online on an unofficial dedicated server with some friends, never had any issues related to Linux. The game itself has some bugginess but that was experienced by my Windows friends so I didn't list it here.
Game runs great, feels fine and looks surprisingly good despite having to run on the lower graphics settings. I would highly recommend it.
I did lower the graphics settings to low and set the texture size pretty small, but other then that it worked perfectly out of the box. I got to about 30 FPS more or less stable which was more then plenty, put me at one of the higher framerates on the server...
I've played the game since it released, put hundreds of hours into it and have never had any issues specific to Linux.
I played on a private, self hosted server without battle eye, I have not tested the anticheat at all as I see no point in using one on a private server.
The game ran without any problems and we completed a race without any bugs or anything that seemed out of the ordinary.
Played a little bit with a couple of friends, didn't play a lot.
Played a bit, tutorial auto starts but I ended up skipping it and playing some of the singleplayer parts to unlock stuff.
Mainly was testing it so I can play with friends later, might do a review with local co-op later if I end up playing with them. Just noticed this game didn't have a lot for it yet.
Runs perfectly, played it for quite a while without ever having any issues. Play just like you'd expect it to on a console.
Ran perfectly fine, never had any issues and worked with my controller without any extra steps required.
Played perfectly right off, I played with three xinput controllers. Other then losing to one of my friends it went perfectly.
I played with two friends, it played just as good as my Switch version.
Game ran flawlessly, I would be surprised if anybody had any complaints about it. The native version works as expected.
I had to restart the game once since it was very slow when running, never had issues outside of that and it worked perfectly after restarting the game.
It looks really good, it plays really good, it's such a good game on the Steam Deck and anything. Runs perfectly on Linux and Deck.
I have to admit the games controls escaped me, ran perfectly but I sucked at it. Another playable VR game, if you can figure it out.
Took a while to load on start but after that it played fine, it's a bit of a strange game but runs great on Linux...
The game played great, so good I didn't even realize it wasn't built with native controller support. The default profile was perfect.
It ran flawlessly and was just like being run on a console, had a blast and would recommend to Linux gamers for a fun party game.
I played docked with a wireless PS5 controller and my friend used a Switch controller.
I'm sure any gamer would enjoy it, it plays exactly how I remember on Windows and how I'd expect.
Played a ton online, no problem whatsoever.
It's a great game and it plays perfectly on Linux like I would expect.
Amazing on the Steam Deck, kinda weird window size on PC but the it feels made for the Steam Deck, glad I got it for the console.
Played without any issue, ran so well that you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between Linux or Windows or a console.
I played locally with two friends, it played the same as if I played on a console.
Game ran perfectly, enjoyed it and if it had been laggy or buggy I would have realized very quickly how fast paced the game is.
It doesn't support the Steam Deck screen size, the mouse required a bit of fiddling but Valve automatically uses the old proton so not bad.
Mouse was really bad until I turned off vsync as recommended by another user, after that it was mostly fine with only rare occasions it felt off.
I played through it years ago, running it on Linux now feels like running it on Windows did then. It runs flawlessly which is awesome.
Game looked great and ran really well, had fun and would say it felt no different then how I imagine it would feel on Windows.
I hosted and we had no issues with online play.
Only notes I have is that despite having a graphics card that supports RTX it informed me my hardware was incompatible with raytracing and DLSS regardless of which version of the game I launched.
It ran fine, you can't change settings though since it doesn't show the options menu on handheld mode. Otherwise it plays fine and is fun.
It feels like the old style Windows game it originally was, changing settings works fine and switching to old graphics brings me back...
The game is a lot of fun, runs flawlessly and doesn't have any issues as far as I've seen.
The game looks and feels great, had a lot of fun and would recommend to any Linux or Deck player.
I changed some buttons to better fit the controls, the game was designed for keyboard and mouse but the touchpad and some tweaks make it play really well.
Another great native title that honestly makes me glad to be a PC gamer.
Played it a lot online with friends, it was perfect.
Game ran smoothly, it felt native and I have no complaints about it's quality.
I played with two friends, nobody had any issues and we completed a round of the game without any problems and had fun.
The game ran perfectly, the gameplay was super smooth and never had any issues.
Played race and survival modes several times with a couple of friends never had any issues.
The game was fast and smooth, had fun and wouldn't say it felt any different then i would have expected it to.
Runs fantastic, I get great framerate with no lag and every cutscene plays perfectly. Played with friends and have never had issues.
I've played countless times online without issue, I usually host.
I was averaging well over 100 FPS on the highest settings and it played really smooth, I won the game without ever having any issues.
I hosted and we even won a level with no noticable issues on either side of the game.
I played both the DOS version and the remaster, it ran both perfectly and it was a lot of fun. Though everything can run Doom...
It ran perfectly fine on the Steam Deck after being updated for it, I had tried it before hand and it was pretty rough, so glad it's fixed.
Ran exactly like it did on my machine when I ran Windows, great game and the graphics were flawless. I played with DLSS and RTX enabled.
The game ran fine, it was fun for a little bit and didn't seem to have any issues on my desktop.
The game plays perfectly on the Steam Deck, honestly it's awesome wish I bought it sooner.
Was a really strange experience in VR, played fine and looked great and sounded fine. Just a strange game in general, was kinda fun though.
Played pretty well, reminds me of when I used to play it a lot years ago. Would recommend but is best with others for sure.
It would run at 144 FPS (presumably to match my refresh rate) but it would stutter at times when a lot was going on.
It played flawlessly, great game nothing at all went wrong or seemed out of the ordinary.
I did have a few gifs used in the tutorial not show up, a windows friend told me what they were but it wasn't major for gameplay.
Plays super well, in game the voice recognition doesn't work but it's really not required to play the game. Did the weekly challenges.
I hosted and we never had any issues.
Actually surprised me how perfectly this ran, I expected issues with ubisoft since on Windows I have had to deal with their launcher more.
I've played For the King for years, on Linux I've played windowed and full screen and on about every device I own. Never had an issue once..
I almost always play online with friends who are on Windows and I've never had any issues caused by being on Linux.
I've played it a ton with my friends and I've never really had any issues with it. Runs extremely well and the devs support it well.
Played with a controller never had issues, it is weird about full screen but from the looks of it that has nothing to do with Linux.
Single player is an absolute blast and even local co-op was a lot of fun despite it having weirdness with how it handles controllers.
It ran perfectly, the only issue we had is the Steam Decks controller is a player and we couldn't find a way to prevent that. Not a Linux issue just a weird thing with the game forcing all connected controllers to be a player.
It ran really well. I hosted and we had no connection issues, I didn't use in game voice chat so I can't verify if it works.
It ran great but I never got the mic to work, wasn't super needed for the game so it was still playable, my friend on Windows talked for me.
I hosted a game and never had any issues.
It ran so well it felt better then it runs on Windows honestly.
It played without any issues, we played through reincarnation five difficulty for literal hours and won. I got max frames, max settings.
Didn't have any issues, played through an entire run and beat the game without a problem.
This is a DLC for a game I have played a lot on Linux, I have played this DLC on Linux without issue, it's pretty good...
I would say it runs perfectly on Linux, not any issues that I could see. I played on the highest settings and it ran perfectly fine.
I hosted and we didn't have any issues.
It ran fine, played with a friend and we played several rounds without any issues.
We played online without issues.
Played it a lot and it's been great, haven't had any issues.
Split screen played without any issues.
It plays like it was on a typical console, I've played it a lot and never had any issues. Great game to play on the Deck.
The dialogue is awesome and plays smoothly, the game runs without any issues on my system and I've had a lot of fun with it.
Valve has done a great job at making it run flawlessly on their console, I would highly recommend it.
Actually been trying to play it (and failing) for months, the other day it worked fine. Now I've played a few times perfectly and had fun.
Played great, I had fun and it was just as I expected without issue. I only did quick plays.
I debated on writing this since I have had so many issues in the past and didn't see a reason to add on to the borked pile, but lately it's been working without issue online so I decided it was time to leave a review here.
Played a ton on my Steam Deck, online with friends in PVP, online in PVE and singleplayer, the game is awesome and is perfect on Steam Deck.
Played amazingly, great game and amazing experience on Linux. Played it on a couple machines and plays great.
It doesn't even compile shaders on Steam Deck so it loads instantly, I played it in desktop, handheld and docked and always had a good time.
Great game when run on NVME, rare crashes but overall a great experience and I've had a lot of fun with it. Would recommend to Linux gamers.
Mainly if I fast traveled to the room of requirement, actually pretty sure that was the only times I had issues and it wasn't every time.
When I first played it, it lagged and stuttered none stop so I waited for patches before writing this. After reviewing the system requirements and comparing its performance on other devices I realized it's actually due to me running on an HDD and not a NVME, once I flipped it over it's run insanely fast without lag. I'm not lising this as a Linux issue as their system requirements page says you should use a SSD, guessing it's due to how their stuff loads as you run around. Wanted to include this though in case others have this issue.
Felt just as I expected it to, wouldn't imagine running on Windows or a console would feel or look any different.
The game ran perfectly, I shot people, I got shot and overall it ran perfectly.
I joined an online lobby, was greated by lots of children screaming about how exciting shooting people was... I muted everybodies mic shortly there after.
Ran great, was an interesting and clever game and felt designed for the Steam Deck which is what I've come to expect from verified titles.
The game is fantastic runs flawlessly and without any issues, at least not ones due to Linux. I would definitely recommend.
The game doesn't seem to have a good UI setup for the index by defualt, requires reconfiguring but using the VR controllers is a bit of a mess so I suggest using an xbox controller. Also on the index I couldn't get doors to open, it seems to be A on xbox so I just used the controller when I needed doors to open. That was the only time there wasn't a good control for the index, running, jumping and shooting all work fine.
I've played it on desktop and it was a mess getting the UI right, Steam Deck on the other hand didn't require an ounce of changes.
I lowered sensativitey since man the game likes it high...
I played the demo forever ago on Linux, the game works out of the box no issues at all and runs perfectly. It's been a really good game.
Game ran great, was a little strange playing a game with a single button for gameplay but it was pretty solid. Played perfect on Deck.
I do own this game on Steam, Proton DB doesn't seem to agree but I felt despite that I wanted to include a review for this game as it was a good experience on the Steam Deck.
Played as if it was meant for the deck, pleasently surprised how much fun it was on a handheld. Looked and felt great.
I own this game, Proton DB isn't detecting it though if this review ends up listing me as not owning it.
I got this game since I liked the old Windows one, played it full screen and windowed and never ran into any issues whatsoever on it.
It ran perfectly and was a lot of fun, it launches really fast since it's so small so it's nice for a few minutes here and there.
The game plays perfectly out of the box, the Steam Deck is a very comfortable way to play it. No complaints.
Got this game on the Switch when that console was new, loved it so much decided I had to get it for my Deck and I would say it felt the same
The game ran perfectly fine out of the box, I played a few rounds and everything seemed to run smoothly.
The game is super simple but runs and looks great, reminds me of simple games I used to play on my switch. Looks native and feels good.
Played it for a while with a controller, runs great and didn't have any issues. Wouldn't have ever known it wasn't running native.
Ran great, cutscenes were awesome and the combat was smooth and really good. Felt native and was a great game, could see why it's verified.
I did have a cutscene freeze once, not sure why. I did restart the game so I could watch it and it was fine after that.
Run as if it's native, have played a bit with it and have no complaints about it. Even works great with local co-op.
I actually used Steam Remote Play to have a friend play a local character online, my internet wasn't great but she didn't experience too many issues and none linux related.
It played just like it does on Windows, I haven't played it much but I did adjust the screen res since it defualts a little small.
The game runs perfectly and looks amazing, I can see why it get Steam Deck verfied.
I played this using Steam Remote Play to allow a friend to control one character, we both played with controllers and it worked really well. I have no complaints.
I played docked so I could have it on a TV, it ran perfectly as if I was on a typical console. Would highly recommend it.
I played with a friend with it docked, it runs perfectly and we played for a long time exploring and doing stuff seperate on the map and sometimes together.
It played perfectly out of the box, we played through several story missions online without any bugs or issues.
Played multiple times online with a friend, we never had any issues.
It plays exactly as expected, I've had no issues with it at all.
I've played it online with friends using in game voice chat without issues.
It ran perfectly without any issues, never once would have known it wasn't native.
I played for a couple of hours with two friends, we never had any issues with the game. I did force Steam input as we were using some Switch controllers so I wanted it to use Switch layout.
The game ran without a single issue, would highly recommend as it was a lot of fun and never had any issues.
Played a lot with two friends, everything worked as expected.
It was amazing, played flawless and the sound on the Steam deck was so spatial I could hear where something was...
I played through the story line and finished the games main story line completely on the Steam Deck.
The cutscene where you get hit didn't play correctly. Other then that it worked flawlessly and I'd say was still a great experience.
Runs perfectly, even cut scenes are working with the newer verions of Proton.
I played it for several hours, it worked flawlessly. I ran commerce, Shadow Missions, dungeons you name it. All in a party with friends.
To install I had to install the Nexon Game Launcher on Heroic and use WINE, after it worked flawlessly.
Ran perfectly online, had no issues. The game ran perfectly and was really fun.
Played like it was made for the Steam Deck, though being verified before release it may have been. I've enjoyed it and I'd recommend it.
Felt so smooth I never touched a setting, it looked flawless and even had the Steam Deck buttons for the icons. Great game for it.
It runs great but I can't get ray tracing to work, tried a number of luanch commands but nothing seems to allow it to be enabled.
I had it crash and was unplayable when I used a 3060 ti but I've only had one crash since switching to AMD for my GPU.
I played every map with some friends and it was a blast, the game is a lot of fun to play for a little while.
I played through the entire tutorial part, and character creation (which took like two hours to do) and it was perfect the entire time.
I ran it native and it was flawless, would recommend to anybody a fan of the monster collector genre.
Not the best bullet hell I have ever played but it ran great on Linux. Ran great without any issues and everything worked.
Connected and hosted a game online and had no issues.
Game ran great, played it years ago on the 3DS and it really brings me back playing it again. I would recommend to Linux gamers.
It's worth noting it fully supports controllers, you just have to change the current control configuration in a dropdown. Also the game speed is based on framerate which is limited to current screen refresh rate. Don't believe this is Linux related, but if you play on 144 hertz display it runs over twice as fast as normal. 60 hertz displays run the game perfectly fine. I reduced the refresh rate of my display and the game played at a normal speed.
It played great on the Steam Deck, felt like it was on a console and as long as you keep it at 60 FPS it played smooth.
It defaults to keyboard/mouse only and I had to start it in desktop mode to flip it to use controllers, after that it worked fine. This is also the only place to change graphic options like making the graphics pixelated. This isn't a Linux issue, it's just how the game was designed.
Honestly yes, it required a bit of patience but once it loaded in it's been running fine. I haven't played a lot on Linux but plant to soon.
When I first got into the game it lagged a bit while shaders cached... Also loading in was insanely slow but once I got into the game it wasn't too bad...
Like I said lagged on loading but it smoothed out.
The game ran great, as far as I could tell there were no issues with the game at all on Linux.
I played with two others without any issues.
It was a lot of fun and ran great, I don't have any real complaints about it and would highly recommend it.
I had a single crash, played for hours with friends but at one point during the end of a level it crashed. Had to reply level but that was it.
Played with two friends, the game play was really good and we didn't have any issues outside a single crash which might not even be Linuxs fault as some games have stability issues on Windows as well.
I played a fairly lengthy round on the Steam Deck and it ran great. I would recommend for sure as it's a great game that runs really well.
Ran without any issues right away, wouldn't say there was any noticeable issues whatsoever and was quite enjoyable.
Played perfectly, no issues at all. I was able to adjust settings fine and cutscenes played without any issues. Gameplay was smooth.
I freaking love this game on Linux. It runs perfectly, it's a blast with friends or solo. Played this since day one and it's fantastic.
Played with a couple of friends since day one, only bugs we had we all got (Windows and Linux).
Voice chat worked, online worked and the ghosts seemed to respond to me like I was on Windows, played on desktop without issues.
It did try to use pulse audio for the microphone by default, after switching it I could finally be heard and after that it never had issues.
I played online with friends, never had any issues.
The game ran perfectly out of the box, I've played it a bit and had a lot of fun with it. Would recommend for Linux gamers.
I hosted a private game with a friend, we had no issues playing online.
I played a bit, ran fine and wasn't bad. I didn't play too much just yet since I mainly was trying it out to play with friends later.
Might add a better review on split screen and online if I get to playing it with friends, just wanted to get a review since not a lot existed for this game.
I've played it a bit and enjoyed every second, it's a great game that looks and feels great on Linux.
The game ran as expected, I've played it on the Switch, Aya Neo 2021 Pro and now the Deck and it felt the same on all of them honestly.
Always an awesome game on any system. I would highly suggest playing it if you haven't. Ran perfectly on Linux, no complaints.
After the update/remaster it feels so much like a console game that it's unreal, I'm loving it and it's running like a dream.
I would recommend it, on AMD hardware I'm guessing you have to use the commands I found on another review, works with them fine.
AMD_VULKAN_ICD=RADV RADV_PERFTEST=rt,emulate_rt %command%
I suspect it wouldn't require tinkering on all hardware, though it did on mine I expect that to be related to the state of ray tracing on AMD GPUs on Linux.
This game is amazing on the Steam Deck, when the Steam Deck first came out it had sound issues, now it's flawless. It's awesome!
Hadn't played it in years and thought I'd give it a go, played just like I remember and would recommend to Linux gamers, pretty fun game...
I've played a bunch of titles I love on it, cloud saves work great and it's been overall a great out of box experience.
Played without any issues, honestly didn't realize it wasn't native until I checked it on here.
Great game, played perfectly on the Steam Deck. Played online for several hours with friends and didn't have any real issues, felt verified.
I never heard music, I tried increasing the settings in game but nothing seemed to change. All other sounds were fine though so it wasn't that bad really.
I actually switched to it since I was having issues on a Windows handheld...
Played smooth and the controls are great on controller, keyboard was a bit more of a challenge but Linux wise it might as well be native.
It ran without issue, I played it on the story mode and survival. All diologue and mechanics worked perfectly, felt like it was native.
It ran perfectly after modding it, sucks it doesn't work automatically but it's an old game designed for a really old version of Windows...
Installed expanding fronts, renamed the battlegrounds_x2.exe to player.exe and by some miracle I got it to run. After that I set it to run expanding fronts but you can actually configure it there for a modern resolution even on the old version using that...
If you alt tabbed on the title screen you break the fullscreen until you get into a game or restart, this is with the expanding fronts mod...
I played it with a friend, never had any issues and it played perfectly fine.
The game played great and I would recommend it to any fellow gamer, ran so well that it reminds me of why I am a PC gamer.
On a certain level we had it happen a few times in the several hours of playing where the audio would become a loud blarring until the race was over then it would return to normal. Was incredibely rare it happened.
The gameplay was great, smooth and all of us played it without any issue. Three of us total and it ran perfectly for hours. Other then a couple rare occasions where we had sound issues or split second lag (which I'm not including since that could be unrelated to proton and was so insignificant) but those were only a few times in the entire couple days we played it.
It run just as I remember it did on Windows, played perfectly on the Steam Deck docked or not docked.
I've played it a ton on Linux, didn't know I hadn't left a Proton review for it but it's been flawless on the Steam Deck. Plays perfectly.
Plays perfectly, at first I thought there was input lag but I guess that is actually a setting you can disable in the game...
Plays perfectly on all of my Linux devices without any tinkering.
I've played it for at least over 60 hours online on Linux without any issues.
Great game to play online or locally with friends on Linux. Nobody would even know you were on Linux with it.
I can run it at around 30-40 FPS ultra settings (no FSR) and 90+ FPS on the lowest, depending on where I am. It's a lot of fun.
Sometimes in loading areas it will crash, usually relaunching it I'm fine and it's not super common so it's not been a big issue.
The game plays really good, the mechanics are awesome and online works fine. I've had a couple of very minor bugs but I still recommend it.
When loading it's a little bit slow and on rare occasions, when a lot happens it will freeze for a second or two, pretty minor and not a consistent thing.
I've a couple of times had issues where things don't load correctly, though that might just be the games bug and not linux related and it's only happened a couple of times ever and on the same night.
Went back to it after recent updates, everything runs perfectly. Online worked fine and no Linux related bugs existed.
I played with a couple of friends, there were no issues with playing online
Amazing game and played like a true verified title, I preordered it for my Deck and had a great time.
It ran just like you would expect, I didn't get into the game itself so I didn't play long but talking to NPCs and stuff all worked.
It ran perfectly, looked great and it even opened the keyboard when I had to enter text for my characters name. Would definitely recommend.
The game runs flawlessly, the only catch is text telling what button to press is really strange but this doesn't really matter.
The game is fantastic, I've played it a ton on Linux and even recently have been playing the new randomizer nuzlocke mode with a friend.
I've been playing co-op for a long time, it's a great game for online on Linux.
I've really enjoyed it, runs as if it were designed for the console and I've had a lot of fun with it. Haven't had any issues.
I played it in VR and it was flawless, I have played this in VR in Windows and I was amazed at just how well it played with Proton, flawless
I hosted the game and it ran perfectly the entire time, neither of us lagged or had any issues.
The game ran perfectly out of the box, I played online with some friends and never ran into any issues.
I played online with a couple of friends and didn't have any issues.
Played perfectly and was a great experience, no issues with sound, graphics or controls.
Played with two friends, we went through several playthroughs without ever having any issues.
Surprisingly it worked flawlessly, was worried since it's an MMO but an MMO that runs on Linux is kind of awesome. Need to play it more...
It's an MMO so I had to play online, a Windows friend was sharing her screen and her gameplay looked the same as mine.
It was a lot of fun, I didn't notice any issues at all. I would highly recommend since it goes on good sales and runs on Linux.
Ran perfectly on my Steam Deck, I played it in offline mode and had a lot of fun with it. Would recommend.
The game runs great on my desktop, controls for controller are strange (not linux's fault) so I mainly played keyboard and mouse.
It's a fun game and it runs perfectly on the Steam Deck. Would recommend for rogue or Touhou fans.
Pretty good game, runs perfectly on any device I play it on.
It plays excellent on the handheld, reminds me of playing rogue games on my Switch back when I first got it. Graphics are great and smooth.
The game played smooth and looked awesome. The gameplay is great and would recommend since it played flawlessly.
It played perfectly and was a lot of fun, the only issue I encountered was a minor graphical one but it doesn't effect gameplay.
The characters are made up of layers and sometimes the layers change their positions it seems, so their face or hair vanish and appear in a flickering effect at times.
Plays perfectly out of the box, I played it docked with a friend and it looked and played as expected.
I played with a friend, we both used controllers and never had any issues.
It ran great, I nearly won... That said it was fun and never had a single issue.
Played with a couple of friends that were running Windows, had zero issues.
It runs great, it's fun online and worked perfectly everytime I've played it.
Played online many times, never had any issues.
The newer version it suggests launching by default works fine out of the box, the DOS version I couldn't make work but it's mostly the same.
Haven't tried online or split screen (which is supported somewhat through a command) but the campaign gameplay was great and I'd recommend.
It installed and played perfectly, which I don't always have as good of an experience on Windows. OpenGL drivers are the best option.
I have to say this game is rough, it's a favorite but old and broken as heck on 720p except on the Deck.
I did adjust the UI scaling which made the menus look perfect, as well as changing the in game keyboard controls to use WASD instead of arrows. After I was done it looked and felt made for the device. Also ran on OpenGL but after initial setup I've managed to play it a lot without issue.
I've played this game a ton any every system I own, it runs without any issues and I've even configured it to use the surround sound...
I played in VR on linux since Easy Anticheat flagged my VR virtual machine... It ran fine did have to reverify files before EAC worked oddly
I joined a lobby with some friends and we played for a while.
Not game related but Steam VR didn't detect my HTC Vive trackers so I didn't play with body tracking, didn't try to troubleshoot it much.
The game played perfectly fine, I played it quite a bit without any issues and it was overall a good experience. Would recommend.
Pretty good gameplay overall, played fine had fun and wouldn't expect it could have been any better running native really. Not too demanding
Game played as expected, went through tutorial fine and played some rounds. Found out I suck at it but it ran perfectly.
I played in VR of course, it played just like it did in Windows. Had fun and need to try online later but I don't suspect it would issues.
I can safely say the graphics were on par with how I would expect it to look on Windows. Ran perfectly and was pretty fun...
I played through a ton of puzzled talking over the in game walkie talkie system and had a blast. Never even thought about being on Linux...
I played online with a friend and we used in game voice chat, never had a single issue. Didn't think about it at the time but it's kind of nuts that the in game chat worked so well...
It was alright offline, I did check the online but since there isn't a player base there wasn't really an online... It ran fine though...
Didn't need to, just wanted to lock it at 30 FPS for even better battery life
It ran fine but I will say the resolution you play on effects this game a lot, the low resolution of the Steam Deck makes it a big harder.
The game plays just like it did on Windows, very hard and challenging but it ran fine. Would recommend for fans of RTS.
I totally sucked at the game and never beat level 1, but it ran perfectly as I would have expected. Would recommend it!
Actually own this game on the switch as well, felt the same. Played for a while and had no issues, felt like it was meant for this device.
I played without internet so I ended up with no recorded playtime.
