SteamDeck=1 %command%
I had to add launch parameters to make online audio and voice chat work.

SteamDeck=1 game-performance %command%
Game stutters for a few moments every time you boot in, likely due to shaders compiling

SteamDeck=1 %command%
The in-game voice chat does not work unless you set SteamDeck=1 in launch options
Runs perfectly, played single and multiplayer.
SteamDeck=1 %command%
Voice chat does not work without the custom launch parameters

Crashing after joining a lobby
SteamDeck=1 gamemoderun %command%
Multiplayer and singleplayer buttons are freezing the game, but the starting area works perfectly.

PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 SteamDeck=1 mangohud %command% -monitor 1 -screen-width 2560 -screen-height 1440
Getting the monitor to swap after its launched on wayland can be troublesome. The monitor and resolution should be set in your launch options instead and not touched ingame.
Easyeffects microphone (pipewire) fails after a duration of playtime. Voice recognision does not work with the device. Some underlying issue between pipewire and how the game handles voice input. You will probably need to reapply the microphone in the settings after every load or it will sound attrocious, but eventually it will just break completely. Works fine without issues on my direct microphone input
The game, even on windows isnt very consistant with frametimes. Usually bigger maps such as prison and brownstone highschool and newer maps such as point hope and bleasdale farmhouse will have higher than expected performance loss compared to windows however. You should precompile shaders to play this game or you will get many big and frequent lag spikes.
SteamDeck launch option needed to talk in the lobby.
mangohud 8.0 or higher needed to run on wayland without crashing the game on startup.
Nvidia GPUs: Driver 575 or higher required or game will fail to load past the splashscreen on wayland.

Worked great on a fresh install out of the box!

SteamDeck=1 %command%
Launch command makes voice chat in lobby work. Voice Recognition also works on Linux now!

gamemoderun steamdeck=1 %command%
audio in lobby dosent work uness you use the steamdeck=1 launch option
game did not always save player states such as items as well as settings
othere than audio isues the game runs well with no knotiable bugs

Everything worked just fine out of the box
Worked perfecty fine with the default settings.

SteamDeck=1 %command%
Without setting launch option SteamDeck=1
, your microphone wont work in multiplayer
For voicechat to work in the lobby, you'll need to set the launch option. Other than that the game works perfectly.

SteamDeck=1 DXVK_FRAME_RATE=180 %command%
Microphone quality issues in lobby. Works as expected in-game.
In the launch options, set DXVK_FRAME_RATE=xxx to your desired framerate. For example, I have a 180 Hz monitor, so I set it to DXVK_FRAME_RATE=180.

Steamdeck=1 %command% (for audio ingame on KDE, set input volume to 35%
Allow the TCP and UDP ports or turn off your firewall entirely (or else you will get randomly discconnect)
27015-27030 udp and 27036-27037 udp.
27015-27036 are used for tcp ports.
I was play multiple player without disconnecting unless i disabled my firewall or allowed these ports via the terminal :)
Microphone didn't function untill i added steamdeck=1 %command% to the launch options i then had to also change the input on KDE Plasma from 100 down to 35 or it was extremly loud for other players.
Unless firewall was disabled or ports 27015-27030 and 27036-27037 for udp were allowed through my firewall and ports 27015-27036 tcp were allowed.
They may encounter microphone not being detected and may have frequent disconnects from the ufw/firewall if enabled.

multiplayer voicechat doesn't work, the command solves it

Small resolution by default.
The game does not respond to keystrokes. Only mouse works.

Issues: Low Microphone Quality, FPS instability, and Unable to Join Multiplayer
The launch option above fixes all of these.

SteamDeck=1 %command%
Whenever the game is set to listen to your microphone, the audio output quality is severely worsened. Without the SteamDeck=1 %command%, this happens when you load into a map and with it, when you load into the main lobby (and maps)
No launch options are required, but the steamdeck launch option fixes an issue with the microphone not working in the lobby. There is strong audio degredation when the game opens itself to hear the microphone.

SteamDeck=1 DXVK_FRAME_RATE=60 %command%
Known voice recognition issues.
I had to disable steam overlay in order to fix the severe frame rate issues I was having.
Non-Linux-specific: deleted save file to fix crashing at loadscreen; turned off eye adaptation to fix 'deep fried' graphics.

SteamDeck=1
For some reason I wasn't able to connect to lobbies. Using SteamDeck=1 as launch option fixed this for me.

Had some Frame Drops from 150~ to 100~ at times.
Works fine with normal experimental but wayland (hyprland) had issues with getting it in full screen, i added WINE_FULLSCREEN_FSR=1
and this fixed the fullscreen issue.
other than that everything works fine, audio in/out put, keyboard, mouse, graphics etc all work just fine with proton experimental

SteamDeck=1 gamemoderun %command%
The game runs just fine in experamental, literally everything works (aside from the known voice recognition issues) except for when you get into a multi person game. With the SteamDeck=1 start up command you can hear players just fine and they can hear you (the current microphone input bar lights up). I am using Pulse Audio selection as microphone but selecting the microphone directly also works. The problem is when I got in a game, I could not hear other players (unless they were speaking through the walky talkie), and they could not hear me (neither pulse audio microphone or the direct microphone selection would be registered. I had the pulse audio application pulled up to verify the microphone was still working and the app was registering it meaning the microphone was working). The game still played just fine and when the round ended and we went back to the main lobby, I could hear the other players again and they could hear me again (and the microphone input registered as well). I have heard the opposite problem from people that you can not hear in the lobby but can in the actual game, but in my case I can only speak and hear in the lobby and not in the game/ maps. Other proton versions did not change the outcome.

SteamDeck=1 %command%
The SteamDeck=1 option is required for voice chat to work. With that option set however, the game works perfectly now.

If you don't mind a couple issues it's fine
Mic input doesn't work in the lobby.

Works great, no tinkering needed
I'm not certain if this is a bug from the latest game update or with proton but occasionally when the ghost does a "ghost event" the ghost does not appear.
