Instability:Frequently
finishing a match is often not possible due to severe lag spikes and crashes.
The game crashes in matches often, which is particularly problematic when that causes you to get banned from matchmaking for hours.

It works fine with no tweaks, other than the voice-chat issues.

Voice chat does not work at all in the lobby, but other players can hear me in-game. I do not believe ghosts or in-game items (spirit box, ouija board, etc.) register voice however.
