Flawless
Runs out of the box without any issues both on Steam Deck and on my system

I don't remember the Dialogues having such low audio quality in the original. Audio Crackling like on Horizon: Forbidden West, can be fixed by running this command when starting the game:
pw-metadata -n settings 0 clock.force-quantum 50
Loading Savefiles from Horizon: Zero Dawn Complete Edition didn't work at all, even when moving the files to the new protonprefix.
Playing the game on a newer kernel than the one I have listed here causes a kernel bug (Pageflip). Switching to an older kernel fixed the issue for me.
Installation went flawless, game started and played.
Some mission critical NPCs were invisible
I've heared that people with 4090s even struggle to play this game with fluent FPS, I have not seen any issues yet, even while in any of the timeshifting modes. As of how the Steam Deck handles this game, I wouldn't call it unplayable, but I wouldn't call it pleasant either.
Game is working completely fine as long as you're loaded in a map. Proximity Voicechat works there as well, just not in the lobby.

Proximity Voicechat doesn't work in the Lobby. ProtonGE is mandatory for Voice Recognition to work.
Playable without ProtonGE, but not recommended, as some Evidences are impossible to get without Voice Recognition and a good amount of cursed objects will not work without it as well.
