Probably an issue with the port
When running under default Proton settings it would crash upon trying to enter your BethesdaID Login details. Switching to experimental fixed.
Probably the definitive way to play these games.

Aside from the system freezing on saving files, everything appears to work fine.
Ever fifth or so time I either save or load a game, it will completely freeze up and require the use of "End process" in the System Manager. Sometimes it will be so bad that the System Manager won't respond either, requiring a forced reboot of the computer.

If this didn't run I would be shocked. Works great!
If this didn't run I would be shocked, Works great, such a classic.
Neither the remaster nor the DOS version even get to a screen

Works perfectly
Works perfect natively
It's DOOM, works as you'd expect out of the box
It's Doom. It works on everything.

Works great!
Runs great out of the box.

I guess the bug with the game not loading got fixed? It worked perfectly fine for me (but didnt test multiplayer)

Crash on the caco demon loading screen on boot
The new multiplayer update seems to have broken something.
Crashes with an 'Exception caught on main' error a few seconds after launching the game after the recent update.

The game crashes/freezes competely very often whenever I navigate the main/pause menu while my Steam Deck is docked and connected to a monitor.

Resolution, proton changes
Application would be split among multiple displays, could not consistently fix. Settings will resut upon relaunch
The latest version of Doom runs great on ChromeOS, full speed (as you'd expect), max resolution, new soundtrack goes hard. Recommended.
This report is for the Doom I + II game! I didn't try multiplayer, but the normal gameplay runs beautifully smooth without any problems

it's good
Coop 3 person multiplayer worked without any issue.

Works well ot of the box
Crashed twice after install. Reopened the game and it's been days since that happened.
Works fine

Runs like Native unless you're trying to run the DOS version
The DOS version runs at 45-49 fps, while the unity version runs perfectly.
It ran perfectly fine, as if it was ran natively on windows, I didnt get too far into the game but as far as I saw there were no issues.
Worked out of the box perfectly

Multiplayer works fine
I always use proton experimental. Didn't even try standard version.
Game works just perfect out of the box! I was very surprised that game have "not supported" label.

Works fine OOTB, if you want to play vanilla. Mods require tricks to be able to access them.
Connection to Bethesda.net Prior to August 22th update, there was no way to connect to Bethesda.net, the game was freezing to the point it needed a complete reboot. Now, at login, the game will freeze, but you can quit the game and relaunch it. You should now be connected and able to browse mods.

Ran with Proton Experimental as it's the default Proton when the dev doesn't specify. Crashed on first launch. Relaunched with zero issues.

Run perfectly OOB
