Received error "Failed to initialize graphics" on launch unless Proton 7.0-6 was used. Any newer versions of Proton would produce the error. Game works fine with Proton 7.0-6 though.

100% perfect. Great performance, fantastic controller support.
Runs perfectly, great performance without any messing around

I had FPS drops from 144 to 60-70 in some areas. Adding "Launch options" and limiting CPU cores to 4 helped with performance. Now I get stable 144FPS and GPU is properly utilized
Good experience

I don't have it on Steam, but on GOG. I was trying to see if not owning my games on Steam would be a problem. It isn't.
Again, I don't have the game on Steam. I was wondering if not having the game there would be a problem, so I decided to test and see if Lutris would run my games. It does and it does it perfectly. I will add that Lutris does have a considerable delay of around 30 seconds before actually starting the game, but it runs perfectly after.

Slightly worse performance compared to Windows 11.
The game runs a bit worse compared to Windows, but I still had about 90 frames at very high details.

Works out of the box, great fun and i picked it up for cheap in the sale, will be completing.
0 issues with multiplayer, but it did require signing up to a 3rd party service, i used a burner account and all is well, but relatively low player count.
Aside from the standard annoyances that come with fullscreen applications on Wayland with Nvidia cards, it runs just great, good fps, stable, and very fun. Also runs just as well under X11.
I've played it a bit and enjoyed every second, it's a great game that looks and feels great on Linux.

Good playablility, slightly lower fps than expected. Just use Proton Experimental and you should be fine.

Sometimes slight crackling, esp. when another audio source is present (i.E. browser)
Slightly lower fps than expected, but good playability (60-144).
Had severe problems using Proton 9.1 and older versions, Experimental or GE are working just fine.

Minor fps drops in some locations, otherwise works great.
Wine-GE-Proton8-26
Completed campaign without issues

Perfect! Enjoy this bloodbath
Since there is nothing to report I will at least recommend you to blast some Doom Ethernal OST while playing this.

Used Proton Experimental, running flawlessly.

Works well out of the box.

works fine but with some slight performance issues
independent from graphics settings, there are some fps slowdowns which seem to be completely unrelated to the stuff which is or which is not going on the screen. Not making in unplayable, but it's noticable when the game "switches" from 165 fps to maybe ~50-60 fps for a second before ramping up to 165 again.

Runs perfectly out of the box.
Didn't try the online features.
Works perfectly fine
Excellent

Very fun game, runs without any issues.

Runs perfect out of the box!
I got this off of steam, but I imagine it will work totally fine on steam as well. I ran it as a non-steam game with proton 7.0-6, the latest build. Runs perfect. PLAY THIS GAME!
Smooth and stable at 240 fps. No issues here!
Works perfect

Great out of the box experience
Works out of the box
Works great, without any issues. Tested with default, experimental and GE Proton versions
Runs well not quite the same as windows
I'm getting 80-120fps where as on windows I was sitting at 180fps, the max refresh rate of my monitor.
Game works fine, native or with Proton-GE.
Only issue is switching tabs, results in a blank screen. Solution so far is to force quit and restart.
Used proton experimental as a habit, but works at a stable version as well
Works perfect

Game is playable, besides the strange perfomance issue i have i think most people who are used to 60fps gaming would have no problem playing
Game seems to run fine at 240fps, but for some reason it doesn't look or feel like 240fps. Comparing it to windows it looks and feels more like 60-80fps with maybe a slight input lag. For most people this might not be such an issue but for me it's a significant different experience than playing on windows.

Works great!!! To maintain 60fps I've lowered the resolution a bit and turned on steam deck's FSR
