Works perfectly out of the box
No Proton related issues
The game could be installed and played straight out of the box. Except for the problem with antializing, it works great!
Game crash while joining a game when antialising is on
I went into BF2 training mode and it froze upon load.
It wasn't just the training mode, but instant action, so a Codec issue is not the problem.
On one occasion the main menu for Battlefront 2 wouldn't recognize the start button, but a restart fixed it
Played docked for seven hours straight. The game isn't a locked 60, but it's certainly nowhere near below 30, general minimum of about 45 on rare occasion at the default (high) settings.
Other than the issues with the game itself in current state (see reviews), everything functions well.
Game minimizes window on load. Using GNOME 45.

It just works, the classic games, with higher resolution textures.
Audio fell out of sync but resolved itself after alt tabbing out of the game and then alt tabbing back into the game.
Did not use the "Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool" option. Running in VKD3D without errors.

The game play looks fine, and the title screen cards are crisp, the cut-scene movies are old and blurry looking on 2560x1440, does not effect gameplay.
I see a lot of discussion about multiplayer, but the game is working good for me. The gamepad sensitivity is in its own specific menu (at the bottom of the configure screen it shows "press X" for gamepad. I'm running a dedicated host for multiplayer while I do other things, set to full random everything and so far it's crusing right along fine.
After the %command% /tps 144 came from a post about having good frame rate as a host. The suggestion was /tps 60 or /tps 120. I used /tps 144 to match my framerate, not sure if that was correct, but everything is working fine.
Borked. Black screen that crashes right after trying to launch the game.
Tried Proton 8.0-5, 9.0-beta, Experimental, Hotfix and GE-Proton9-1, and the result's always the same: black screen that crases imediately.
