Proton won't work
When I hit play no game came up. It tried it with multiple otehr versons but nothing seems to eb working
After playing for a while the games textures degrade had to reboot.
Major lag and stutter eventually a memory leak.
Crashes frequently when loading into a match Eventally a memory leak after a few matches.

Cd key is necessary and must be entered in uplay to launch
Froze up when selecting workers.
Lots of things are broken for me audio is crackling, getting stuck on load screens.
Licence plates and some parts of the enviorment were glitched and turned black. Some lighting effects flickered.
Serious stutter and lag eventally crashed to desktop. Lags most during loading may even freeze when you first load in.
Eventually a memory leak accured but only after playing 30 min.
Immedietly crashes after selecting a menu option.

The installation proccess was very smooth but no game came up
Texture degration and memory leaks despite using a decently high end pc. not perfect right now at the moment.
After playing for around 20 min the games textures degrade. Butthe computer I was using meets the system requierements.Eventually everything except charactar models turned black and started flickering had to reboot.
Major lag everywhere almost unplayable. Lot of freezing in multiplayer.
Occasional memory leak but 32gb for some reason only allows play till 20 min before leaking ram.
Before mentioned memory leak and texture dehgration the connection to the server was stable .

Don't know if it is my hardware that is not working.
The longer I play more texutures start gltching eventually freezing and crashing with a unity error.
Very laggy with 15 to 20fps if lucky but strangely I meet the minium requierments.

To get the game at a resonable performance launch COUNTER STRIKE in the files of the game which can be found at user/steamapps/Counter Strike/
Don't download game inside of steam instead download it inside of Origin to get a good performance. Downloading or launching from steam doesn't work.
ORIGIN Launcher is very unstable. Game usualy crashes teh first two timnes that I try to launch it.

When Multiple objects are moving on the screen at once the game lags slightly barely noticeable but is still annoying.

I had one to two crashes while going back to the meu after finishing a mission
the mouse camera movement can be slugesh.
Occansonlly loading the save from the main menu will result in a crash or endless loading.
Not sure if it is the game but camera movement felt laggy.

Some small details in the levels became low poly.
Alt tab wouldn't function but wasn't game breaking.

Great stealth game but may have low fps on low end pcs. Windows 7 seems to be the best setting in wine config.

Launch KARATICA.EXE with Wine Program Loader. If that doesn't work disable "ENABLE STEAM OVERLAY" in the game setties.
There was no sound in the whole game and my volume and speakers are working fine.
All the background and menu background are missing making it really annoying to play.
The game stayed in windowed mode even after pressing ALT _ SHIFT.
The movement buttons are unusable.
Whenever the game qutosaved the game closed out.

On linux audio in the cutscenes doesn't even work like when charactars talk I can't hear what they are saying which makes them pointless.
When I starded the first mission called prologue the game started to lag a lot and it made it nearly imposiable to play.

In the cutscenes there is always a lot of pixelation at the bottom of the screen
With 1 extra GB of ram I was able to get a much better performance and fps.
Great game ruined by issues with loading.
The screen had a very weired square shape which made it hard to play.
When I select free play or story the game goes into a loading screen which causes the computer to slow down and I did check and I did meet the system requierements so I 'm not sure why I am having issues.
Multiplayer is very unstable but despite the issues it is a very fun game.

These controls were annoying at some bits for example during platforming sections the jump button doesn't always work the way it's suppose to.

Just crashes with some sort of anti cheat/server error during store navigation, mode selection and a few moments after loading into a map.

during the first mission some charctars have missing textures like colors and some charactars look very pale.
Open Origin and hit install inside of Origin and than launch inside of Origin.
The music and voices has a hard time keeping up with the animations.
In the first mission sometimes during cutscenes charactars faces are missing but while in combat the lightsaber effects sometimes don't work.
When I launched the game from Origin it launched but when I try to enable full screen mode the program freezes forcing a restart.
Origin crashes about 90% of the time to desktop while the game it self freezes when a lot of moving objects are on screen.
The health meter and skill tree are missing.
To get the game running follow these steps. First off launching the game from steam will usually currupt Origin so instead Launch Origin and then select the game and hit play. It will usually crash about 4 times before anything loads up but overall the game barely works.
I had to launch "Dark Forces.EXE with Dosbox to get the game to launch.
When I do Alt-Shift to make the window full screen the program says Sdl App and then crashes.
The camera rotation doesn't always respond instantly.
When I saved my game it saved but when I came back to play my save was gone super annoying.

I had to launch the game from inside origin because launching from steam causes the game to not load.
Sometimes blaster fire is silent leading to unfair kills which really ruins the games quality.
Game works but multiplayer is unstable
Launch Battlefront.EXE with wine program loader to get a good performance because when I tried launching from steam the game launched breifly but no game showed up.
When I get to the main menu the pointer appears but when I move my mouse the pointer doesn't move had to use a controller.

When I hit play in steam origin came up but the game said that it wasn't installed and on steam it says that it's installed. Overall broken out of the box game.
Replace "Game folder with PLAYER folder and than launch Origin from your desktop and click play on Origin.
Dialogue in the campain cutscenes is hard to hear.
Game slows down at bits when a ton of objecs are moving or falling.
There are a few cheat codes that battlefront 2 has.
Install origin threw lutris and than inside of origin download the game.
When menu loads up trying to select anything freezes the screen.
For example when I click on something in the menus sometimes it takes me to the wrong screen which is incrediably annoying.
When ever I try to start playing the game the mouse pointer gets to sensitive so when I try to select something I end up selecting something totally different.

Game doesn't even install the .NET Framework
When I hit play on the steam page a screen that said installing .NET appeared and it stayed there for a slolid 5 min before I had to kill the window. Totally broken game.

Disable steam overlay and launch game with Proton 5.13-4. To get the best performance launch the .EXE with Wine Program Loader.
No adio during the full game which made it a silent gameplay.
All of the blaster bolts are missing so is the deatils on the ships.
When the game loaded in it became windowed mode and trying to do fullscreen freezes the screen.

During combat sometimes your character face is missing along with some missing details in the levels like the rain effects on Kamino.
The game sometimes crashes while loading a saved game resulting the computer having to be restarted to kill the window.
Game used to work great but now it has some issues.

Downlaod the pathc launcher for 60 fps and replace the default launcher with the pathcet launcher. Inside your library disable the steam overlay and go into the folder where the game is located and remove lines 45-50 to stop it from installing "DrectX everytime.
Audio had an hardtime keeping up with the scene during cutscenes.

Does not detect logtech controller had to use mouse and keyboard.
Sometimes the game will not acually save your progress in the manual slot. had to load a autosave as a result.

Native verson is borked but after installing gentelman or the row mod proton verson worked
Surprisingly ran after clicking play multiple times but was unbearable not worth my time.
Flickering the textures eventally turned black couldn't fix it.
The lag makes this unplayable as it appears to be a custom charactar customization. When I select for example a template it takes about 20 sec for my input to register.
Takes multiple clicks to run but their is a high chance of crashing when you select anything.
At least this was a free demo but tbh this shouldn't be sold if it isn't going to work well.
Very frustrating to play due to these issues could be great fun but the game is broken for me right now.

Proton despite what people say has many issues stick with native
Very laggy bought it for alll the dlc but personally I prefer the original as it is way smoother.
Sometimes the ground flickers and turns black momenterally but immedietly reverts back to normal. One the menu their is some minor flickering barely noticeable but still.
Launched in windowed on first launch had to manually set the res and change windowed to fullscreen.
Huge fps drops when explosions happen or heavy assalt sections. Strangely aiming the camera down the fps hit 60fps but any other direction would drop to 25-30. some freezing on one mission where you are flying around the city.
Only crashed once from the time I have played but only that one time.
Car got glitched in bridge during one mission once I fell under the map.
The issues were annoying but it was still a fun game.
Almost all background images are missing like the lava effects on mustafar suppose to be there but it doesn't show up.

under graphic settings section input you monitor res for the couuresponding x and y Install UPLAY with protontricks if you don't you will get a uplay error on startup.

Had to use keyboard for this one as my legitech controller wasn't working with this game for example. :B was select :A was back :analog sticks were not working
However keyboard was perfect and I would recommend it.
