Tinkering required to get game running, game runs well after.

Some stuttering
60 - 40 FPS. Must lower the graphic settings
Windows version runs much better

Unoptimised mess
5 FPS even on above minimum hardware requirements

Works well OOB with standard Proton 9.0-1. My old saves were downloaded via Steamcloud successfully.
the preview image of savegames do not show.

Completely Broken
Couldn't start.
Desktop it works amazing, streamdeck is a little hard as you cannot scroll.
Scrolling on the TVs and Smart phones did not work.

The longer I play more texutures start gltching eventually freezing and crashing with a unity error.
Very laggy with 15 to 20fps if lucky but strangely I meet the minium requierments.
Crashes when loading any other map than the default kitchen.
Objects getting stuck floating midair.
Game will run smooth with Steam Proton 7 but using GE Proton gives the game a bit more spice (FPS boost)
May need to stay plugged in to play for longer sessions

Unable to run
Couldnt load to menu, installed and showed developer logos before crashing. Tried Proton through Steam and Lutris, no dice however

Pleasant out of the box experience, the v-sync doesn't seem to be working but everything else is working as intended.
V-sync not working (I'm using an ultrawide monitor)
Worked on Proton Experimental after Proton 7.0
Unplayable input lag and low framerate for what it is.
Way too laggy
Above min spec almost to recommended, wouldn't get more than 5 FPS with graphic settings all the way down.

Extremely poor performance, unplayable because of input lag.
Even on lowest graphics settings the game couldn't get above 50fps. Input lag was terrible, something like 0.5s (curiously the input lag disappeared in the pause menu even though the fps stayed the same).

6.20-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
Unplayable

Freezing while creating a new sandbox save
Instantly froze the entire system and I had to force-shutdown the PC by holding the power button.
The game is basically unplayable with low FPS
The game has low FPS even on lowest settings
My setup did not require any tweaking. It installed and played flawlessly immediately after installation.
As of this report, I am using Proton 6.1 GE-2, but the game ran just as well with Proton 5.13-6.
Virtually unplayable even with the lowest settings
Works perfectly out of the box
Stable 60fps with Medium preset settings, 1080p. Even when pouring liquid; no frame drops at all.
The game crashes when exiting/quitting, need to force kill it.
works fine apart from the liquid problem.
anytime there is any kind of liquid pouring somewhere in the kitchen the game slows to a crawl

Runs fine but will not launch reliably each time, requiring multiple attempts
Does not close properly, will just freeze and make the screen unresponsive. Best quit through a task manager.
Will technically launch but only once every two or three attempts and only after initiating .NET each time. Loading times are absolutely biblical, even from an SSD, although I don't know if that has anything to do with the OS.

After closing the window, there was nothing I could do, I had to reset the computer. The problem was solved by the WINE virtual desktop
Game stutters

The game works perfectly out of the box.
The game seems to be quite performance heavy, but from what I understand it is so on Windows as well. It seemed to run as I would expect on my hardware.
Microsoft .NET Framework installs every time when I launch the game. The game works perfectly out of box

Constant 60 FPS without any problems. I had to use PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 with an earlier NVIDIA driver version, or else the game would freeze during the loading screen.

major chopping if youtube is running, otherwise flawless

Runs on 5 FPS on lowest setting.

Yeah it runs fine, haven't had any problem

Lots of issues using DXVK, including some random crashing, seemingly constant crashing on second start without deleting its directory in steamapps/compatdata. FPS with DXVK seems to directly depend on the resolution, where it runs well (144+ fps) at 640x480 all the way down to 3 fps on 2560x1440. I was able to run it faster at 2560x1440 once when changing the graphics settings. With PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 the game runs all right at 2560x1440 with the lowest graphical settings.

Ran perfectly out-of-the-box. Played for 5 hours on max graphics with no notable issues. May experience framedrops from lighting effects occasionally, or object spam. Game never reached an "unplayable" state, though.

Runs good. Used windowed mode and then enlarged the window. Ran perfectly after that. Alt tabing also worked.

Runs, but suffers from occasional crashing, particularly at the main menu or when changing video settings. Performance isn't so great; got 13 FPS on Ultra GFX settings at 1080p. Decreasing GFX to High didn't make much of a difference.

Loaded up once but the game was stuck in a tiny square in the top left corner. Second time the same thing happened but the game was also completely frozen

Game runs fine, but mouse input is extremely choppy making it unplayable
