Without torpedo controls, game is unplayable.
Unable to use numpad, nor numbers. WASD worked fine. But the rest of the controls were not recognized. Unable to steer torpedoes, cut wire, activate torpedoes, etc.
Music would play smoothly, the stutter, then smooth out on a regular cycle.
Occasional camera issues. At one point my character disappear but her armor remained.
Constant hitching, even in well travelled areas where the DXVK shader cache should have addressed any shader compile issues.
Not Linux related but the game is just, bad. DLC abounds while still having fundamental issues with basic item interactions.
Frequent server disconnects. Cannot confirm how it runs under Windowsm recent Steam reviews don't mention server disconnects.
Frequent server disconnects.
Not sure, believe the server disconnects are from some form of anti-cheat.
Unless they want to watch a slideshow, no, it is not enjoyable.
Borderless fullscreen was fine, but switching out to exclusive full screen to test FPS changes hung.
Slideshow FPS.
Still needs Browser and Cinema fixes described elsewhere. That's the only thing keeping it from being Platinum for me.

Gorious Eggrol 6.0
Launcher crashes if I mouse select "Login", but pressing enter in password field works.
Even with PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% fails to launch. Crashes immediately.
Game runs but icons for purchasing units are white boxes, makes it difficult to know which units you are looking for at a glance. As this is a real-time tower defense, speed is of the essence.
64-bit version now able to select class & devotions, bosses now spawn. In case someone is wondering what I was wondering, right click on Grim Dawn and select "Play Grim Dawn (x64)". If you just play, it'll default to 32-bit and bosses will still not spawn.
EAC setup shows, compeltes it's bar, does not progress past it. EAC so is present but not yet functional
Checked knowing it would probably fail, last report was 1mo ago and wanted to confirm borked status.
Able to start but massive graphic artifacts as well as slideshow frame rate. Tried GE, now game crashes on launch.
Keyboard stops functioning after an hour or so. Process has to be killed and game restarted. As this game uses checkpoint saving this causes repeated loss of progress.
Updating report from Bronze to Silver.
Keyboard still goes missing from time to time but only after using a text dialog (cat, renaming builds, etc), might not be a problem for those who play with Controller. Workaround - Use the text dialogs as little as possible.
In Game Tutorial still crash the game. Workaround - Don't view them. Besides, there are better videos on Youtube.
Game freezes video card. Workaround - None. The way to mitigate this is to have an SSH session into the box to kill MonsterHunter processes. Once the process is killed, GUI unfreezes and you can restart. I've seen people say they can CTRL-ALT-F2 to a console session and kill from there. Has not worked for me.
To minimize lost play, save often! Every time you change inventory or interact with the game's various systems (Bounties, botanical, Argosy, etc) the changes will not be retained until you save.
The reason why I am bumping this up to Silver is because the only really major issue is the graphics freezing and there's a mitigation for that. So much so I'm 52 hours in according to Steam, ~46 according to the game do to lost progress from crashes. That, to me, fits "Generally playable."
It's almost there, but having to save/restart after every mission because of massive FPS drops and the Starmap breaking gets tedious, fast.
Proton-6.10-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
Some planet textures disappear from time to time.
FPS drops every mission launch. Start out in the mid-to-high 80s, drops to sub-30 after 1-2 missions.
Starmap loses icons. Without the icons loaded the game also does not allow you to select a start to travel to. Requires a restart of the game to correct.

Glorious Eggroll 6.21-GE-2
Proton-4.20-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
Glorious Eggroll's version
ProtonDB is for Proton, not Lutris. And under Proton it is borked.
Cannot adjust screen size until after accepting license. Causes problem on Deck, use right touchpad to scroll.
One respawn problem, but do not believe this is related to Proton.
Input lag replacing shader compile stuttering is one step forward, one step back.
Really bad input lag on mouse clicks. Attacks would start about .5s after mouse press, and if chain attacking, stop about the same time after mouse release. Same with picking up items, moving items in inventory. Did not occur on D11/DXVK rendering.
Updating my prior report of severe input lag. Not sure what changed between then (3 weeks ago) and now but no more massive input lag. Runs smooth, no stutters or lag.
Heavy pixelization under normal settings on Vulkan. Crashed entire graphic stack under DX12.
Often stuttering when encountering new areas or enemies, very bad for boss fights.
Crashed under DX12, took down entire graphic stack.
Early Access, so it is expected to have to be cooked a bit more. Will check in on the title later.
Proton-7.0rc6-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
Proton-7.0rc6GE-1
Tried different versions of GE based on prior report of success, did not even get past the splash screen.
Proton-7.0rc6-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
Full screen works, but when alt-tabbing to another program the full screen shrinks and stutters.
Very early access, lots of missing items and rough edges. (Feb'22)
Written in Unity, so while not native, probably not calling anything that isn't easily translatable.
4.11-12, 5.0-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
Tried base Proton, then Glorious Eggroll's latest
Hard crashes of the video driver. Requires SSHing from my phone to kill game to regain control of the machine. Cannot alt-tab, or go to console to kill game.
Lists Native as possible install, installs Windows version.
Not opposed to running in Proton, but not when they list Native and I bought it for Native support.
Several matches in, thus far no issues. Graphics are fine, game runs smoothly. I've even figured out how to export my collection to a card-building site and started importing decks for further play.
Excellent Hearthstone replacement.
This game got a bad rap, but the devs have made good and now it is a blast to play!
1.0 has brought huge performance gains to open world area, but still a little slowdown from time to time. Nothing that impacts gameplay.
OK to play if you have a high tolerance for minor annoyances. Not all from Proton.
One Boss T-Posed the entire fight, making it harder as there were no telegraphs. Lighting glitches.
Stuttering and eventual frame rate degredation. Starts out at 60fps, drops to sub-20fps in under an hour of play.
The game feels rushed. Many issues I have are with how the game feels itself. Combat is clunky, movement is janky.
