It was sorted out by switching to window mode and then back to fullscreen. It has to be done on each start up which makes it very tedious.
Very enjoyable. Apart from the minor fullscreen issue everything runs perfectly well.

Had to lower to medium settings to get 200fps. It was very laggy at 70fps ultra settings
The only real downside is the missing controller support which hurts quite a lot.This issue is not linux-specific though. Otherwise very enjoyable game.

Crashed after every mission when using Proton 8. Latest ProtonGE 7 fixed the issue.
The PC version doesn't support controllers. For dualsense there was a reasonable community mapping to WSAD. I added gyro and it's great.
