The game has some performance issues. It lags every minute or two, half a minute, and sometimes it'll go every few seconds
You can't click on anything or change the resolution (changing the resolution can break the game)

Don't change the graphics settings because you'll be seeing 60-90 FPS instead of 100-178 FPS for a long time to come (don't worry, it'll fix itself)
