Multiplayer works perfectly. Older hardware may need proton 7

Works flawlessly
Works great, including online with Windows users

No issues at all
Very joyous experience Note: the gameplay is locked to 60fps, it is NOT actually laggy, this is because of the physics engine, Speaking of the physics, the game will have a lot of bugs, but that's just because of the game actually being like that and not proton. and if you are goated enough you can abuse some of those bugs to win games (the flying snake can actually prevent you from falling of the map)

Ran perfectly!
The only thing was the resolution was set a bit weird, extremely minor which I easily changed in the games settings. Super fun game! Shame landfall dont update it anymore.

very good game, has no more bugs (other than fullscreen) than the windows version already does :)
Fullscreen stretched out horizontally but did not fill vertically, almost like a 21:9 aspect ratio on my 16:9 display
this game like ass on my laptop, because my laptop is ass, garbage in garbage out

Норм досвід. Спочатку не мав lib32-vulkan-intel тому не розумів чому вона не запускається, але після встановлення драйвера все працює як треба. Як варіант можна ще додати PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
у параметри запуску

Game runs well, no issues
On my system, the current version runs perfectly fine, and there was no difference to the Windows version. I had used Proton-experimental

PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
Pretty sure this is related to my hardware because any game I use WINED3D on has scratchy audio.

PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
The game functions exactly as it does on Windows. Although it's an old and buggy game, the game also would glitch out and have bugs on Windows. So I saw no noticable differences in the bugs between the Windows and Linux/Proton versions. I used the Proton version that Steam uses by default. However when trying to launch the game it would say something like 'missing 3DX11' and you would just need to put the command in the properties for start up, and it works perfectly fine after that.

This game is notorious for controller problems. Last time I played with four players for around 20 minutes when suddently only one character was on screen, scores were all wrong and the game kept going.

Worked out of the box
Game started in 1920x800, unsure if this is an issue with Proton/Linux, worked correctly once set to the correct setting

Played local co-op on default settings with no issues

Perfect
Runs out of the box

Funciona perfecto, sin problemas de ningún tipo

Funcionando sem falhas com o Proton estável (9.0-2), mas deve funcionar bem também com o experimental ou outras versões.

PROTON_USE_WINE3D=1 %command%
The game didn't launch without the option mentionned above. I always got a DirectX11 error message about resolution.

PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
Doesn't work without launch options

The game is quite fun, you do have to use lower graphics than on windows sadly due to Proton being laggy given the old version.
PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
It lags quite a bit, but you can change down the settigns enough for it to work.
Sometimes if you fall out of the map, you won't die in multiplayer, and to other players playing online you seem laggy and like a cheater.
You cannot use a Proton Version after 4.11 (This does not include versions like 4.11.13 and lower) for Intel Graphics from my experience since if you use intel graphics and any other proton version, it crashes and you need to use this in the compatibility settings : " PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command% " The compatibility settings only works if you use 4.11 or prior otherwise it will not run.

There's always some problem with controllers in this game. It has got better with time tho.

The game worked just fine when I'm in the lobby but when I got into the actuall game it would get really laggy and choppy
The lobby worked just fine, but then when I'm in the actuall game my hardware just crumble
choppy FPS
performance hit
I think this is a proton thing idk

Works flawlessly out of the box, no issues
Multiplayer works.

Had to switch to 7.0-6 because Steam hates me using Proton 8, otherwise still runs perfectly on older version.
__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __VK_LAYER_NV_optimus=NVIDIA_only __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1 %command%
Pause menu brought down the fps a bit, but I'm not entirely sure if it's linux or not
Couldn't do an online match as it booted me into a server hosting room and players could not join, even with the random players lever on yes. Local works great though!
It just works!
one controler is considered has two player in the game (one character will be responsive to the controls while the second one will be passive) So it's impossible to play with 4 user in split screen. The 4 controlers are well recognized by steam
Works great
Works exactly as expected, and at least as well as it did on windows.

on sale for 2 euro in summer

Runs perfectly with no issue on my system
typed "god bless america" in chat every time i got killed by someone with a M1 Garand

Ran perfectly without doing anything.
Using Proton 8-0.3, it booted and played like butter.

Game works flawlessly online
Game works flawlessly in local splitscreen/co-op with 2 controllers or keyboard and mouse and a controller
Played on Debian 12 Bookworm. Nvidia laptop users use the launch commands above.
Multiplayer worked perfectly out of the box, zero issues

Multiplayer worked well
co-op/splitscreen worked well
Nvidia users use the commands above played on Fedora Silverblue

slight issues with lag but im pretty sure that is juat stickfight
game worked flawlessly out of the box
worked fully as axpected
