Native version does not launch, proton version gives a VAC error
Tried on native and on various proton versions
Tried both native and various proton versions. Native version does not launch, while the proton version gives a VAC error regarding invalid file signatures, so I'm unable to join a game. It's not an issue with my profile, because the game works fine on my old Windows PC.
controls are a little obtuse as opposed to mouse and keyboard but it works fine
Native version just crashed immediately after launching
Works well on release
Full game released recently and works just as well as the demo did.
Infrequent freezes for several seconds. Happens only once every several matches.
Gives a warning that my operating system is out of date, but I didn't experience any problems with the launcher or the anticheat, and I was able to launch the game, view all the menus, and play without any problems.
steamdeck=1 %command%
Game crashed in the launcher. Launching with steamdeck=1 bypassed the launcher and the game works fine otherwise.
Crashes on match start
Game crashes on match start. Able to rejoin and play I guess but consistently joining games over a minute late.
PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
Usually crashed on startup after a black screen for a few seconds. Seems to have been solved with the launch options PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
Multiplayer worked perfectly
Works great with no fiddling, even when modded. Can't seem to get the mod loader to succesfully add to steam though, but it works in desktop mode just fine.
Same issue on launch as with the beta/demo
The launcher starts, but the game gets stuck on "Launching." Tried some tinkering with protontricks and it seems like it launches and immediately crashes or closes.
Crashes before entering the menu
Game starts but crashes before the splash screen and "connecting" icon are finished displaying.
demo/early access version. had to switch to Proton GE for it to launch
Settings menus didn't seem to display properly, but they still worked perfectly fine, so I didn't need or bother to try fixing it.
