Anti-cheat specifically blocks desktop Linux based on system hardware.
Tried various launch options
Launcher loads game doesn't
Launcher works, game fails to start.
Abre o inicializador do jogo, porém ao clicar em jogar o jogo não inicia.

Runs on the deck but not on desktop linux. There's an awful delay navigating through the menu. Can barely keep 30FPS. Barely has an hour battery life. Half the cutscenes are broken even with GE proton, it won't crash or anything but incredlby annoying that half the tutorial is gone, half the mission start and end cutscenes are gone. Also in equipment the tutorial videos of the weapons and mechs are broken.
Launcher starts, game won't run.

Can't get past launcher
The launcher works, but the game doesnt launch (instantly closes; probably anticheat detection)

Online multiplayer working great on steam deck
Got into launcher but starting game does nothing

ACE antichea prevents you for gaming on linux, but not deck... What a shame
Its a demo, add it to your library a leave a review asking for full linux support

ACE anticheat
Can open the launcher but after that nothing. It seems the devs are specifically whitelisting steamdeck hardware, so works on steamdeck but nowhere else.

Broken Demo
Game will run the launcher, but pressing "Start Game" will not result in gameplay. Other posts mention that they've added a kernel level anti-cheat. So I guess we won't be playing this on Linux at all, sadly.

Borked
Can't get past launcher, probably anti-cheat related

Algum tipo de anticheat impede o jogo de ser lançado. Apenas o launcher abre.

Game doesn't start pass launcher - Anti-Cheat blocks running
Kernel-level anti-cheat makes running this game impossible
Game doesn't start after clicking play in the luancher
Game is unplayable due to new addition of ACE kernel module anti-cheat.

Launcher opens, game doesn't start due to Kernel-level Anti-cheat
The usual with predatory pvp online games let's be real.
Install fine but doesn't go past launcher

The new kernel anti-cheats makes the game unplayable on linux.
Tried various tinkering.
Launcher opens but game won't start
Doesn't work anymore :(

Demo version added Anti-Cheat Expert (ACE), a Kernel Level Anti-Cheat.
gamemoderun %command% SteamDeck=1
using the launch option "SteamDeck=1" allowed the launcher to boot, but the game refused to start at all.

BETA does not launch anymore. The game seems to be using some kind of anti-cheat.
Tried Proton Experimenta, hotfix and GE 9-25. All had the same problem and the game does not launch.
Anti Cheat borked game
Open beta uses Kernel level anti cheat. Unable to start.
Uses Kernel Level anti-cheat now
Dead

Launcher opens but the game fails to launch.
Tested on Proton-GE-Custom
What I tried so far:
- switching to Proton Experimental and Proton 9 (launcher won't even open)
- Protontricks
- WineGE (both have the aforementioned issue)
Need to test:
- GloriosEggroll
PS: If you see a notice about my account not owning the game, it's because my ProtonDB profile is linked to another Steam account of my property. Pay it no heed.
It seems that the game updated the anti-cheat engine since the previous beta. I can open the game launcher but can't start the game.

I can open launcher but launching the game does nothing, no error.
tried older versions of proton
No longer works at all.
Devs added kernel-level anticheat that doesn't work with Linux whatsoever, and the launcher fails to start up the game. Trying to launch the .exe directly also fails. First beta didn't have this problem at all, so a perfectly fine game has been ruined by the developers.

Uses Kernel Level Anti-Cheat - Anti-Cheat Expert (ACE)
gamemoderun %command%
Launcher starts but game will not launch

ACE Anti Cheat
Can install & boot to launcher however ACE will not launch the game

It works out of the box basically, the only problem is that some cutscenes have a video format that I assume it's not working in linux. The video just doesn't play, just show a "TV" like screen of out of signal, but it doesn't mess with the gameplay. This happen in little case scenarios, mostly the cutscenes play it just fine, and all the gameplay had no problem also.

Proton experimental
It crashed once in three days. I dunno if its game related or linux related as it didnt repeat.
No lag no hiccups, ran perfectly
Enabled Proton Experimental and the game ran perfectly. In fact, compared to my windows install, its smoother, more responsive 120 frames locked. Windows was stuttery. All in all perfect experience.

Playable if you use "-force-d3d12", but out of the box the game's textures/models don't render at all.
gamemoderun mangohud %command% -force-d3d12
The games models/textures have massive artifacting/rendering issues. They either render as random strings of text, random models, or random textures/polygons. Game is not actually playable unless you use "-force-d3d12", once that is done, the game seems to load/work just fine, but has issues with loading/displaying videos and cutscenes.

This review is during the Open beta phase. It is playable without major problems, although I dont have a comparison with the Windows version
In certain occasions, the survey window appeared, leaving the game utilizable and having to do a force quit.
Longer loading time, all games were entered once it had already started (despite having it installed on an nvme).
The only 2 problems I found were the longer loading time (always between 45 sec to 1 min), entering last to the games, and the survey window that was not displayed, but blocked me the whole game, making me to close the game by force.

Small text
Steam Deck keyboard and outside keyboard inputs are not accepted. Requires start on a Windows machine.
The first time playing is fine, but in order to play again, you need to uninstall and delete the compatdata folder
Crashes on match start
Game crashes on match start. Able to rejoin and play I guess but consistently joining games over a minute late.
Heavy artifacts, no characters shown, only hitboxes. Debris everywhere, can't see where I'm going. I managed to advance and the next mission does the same thing.
Gets stuck in the launch bay or crashes during loading the match.
