Main menu shows as the classic "rainbow" artifact.
Runs very well, just make sure to disable ray tracing as this causes a crash due to VRAM.
Runs out of the box
Reduce your mouse speed in-game, otherwise the sensitivity is way too high.
The game lags slightly in FPS mode but is generally playable.
Forced compatibility for Proton 4.11-13 with Definitive Edition, Natural HD Textures, Xbox Version HD, and skip intro mods. The game loads to a black screen with no audio so you have to hit "Enter" a few times.
Turn off "Trails" in game to avoid the nauseating motion blur effect.
Forced Proton 4.11-13. Installed the Definitive Edition, Natural HD Textures, Xbox Version HD, and skip intro mods. The game loads to a black screen but just hit "Enter" a few times to get to the menu. And turn off "Trails" in the optiosn to remove the annoying motion blur effect.
The vanilla game does not load without tinkering.
The game crashes at the menu unless you quickly accept the 3rd-party agreement.

I had one minor issue that's occurred with other games in that I have to add the listed launch options so that my monitor doesn't go to sleep while playing.
--Borderless
Any resolution higher than 1920x1080 will cause the all-gold badges to not render among other weird graphical issues.
The game is known to have an issue corrupting saves so it is recommended to disable Steam Cloud and backup your save manually.
Windows: %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Metanet\N++
Linux: $XDG_DATA_HOME/Metanet/N++
Outside of the noted bugs, this game runs amazing. It should technically work with Proton if you want to install mods using PSEnough but I did not test that myself.
Had a weird issue with the native game where my menu was not rendering correctly so the moust cursor was not accurate. Switching to Proton GE resolved the issue.

Use the listed launch options if you want to play with BepinEx mods.

Just make sure to add the launch options as noted and you should be good to go.
Recommend installing 60fps fix: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Star_Wars:_The_Force_Unleashed#High_frame_rate
In /SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/32430/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/Aspyr/Star Wars The Force Unleashed/Config.xml, changed for 1440p.
Also added "ClothLevel">1 for cloth physics.
You can play this without any tweaking but you are limited to 1080p resolution and 30fps caps. After tweaking, this game runs very well and looks great!
I ended up using Proton-GE so I could get full mod support more easily. Followed the mod guide at the KOTOR Community Portal without issue. The game runs amazingly well!
Works pretty well out of the box with native support. Much better with Proton-GE and mods installed.

The game tabs out and minimizes after the intro videos. Even with intros deleted/disabled, the game still tabs out to minimized after launching in Steam but can be Alt + Tabbed back into the menu to start.
The stuck after combat bug still happens unless you limit to 60 FPS or 60Hz refresh rate. The in-game resolution options with 60Hz didn't work for me but with MangoHud limiting the FPS to 60, the game now works as expected.
After tinkering with MangoHud and limiting the FPS, the game works quite well, minus that tabbing/minimizing issue. I even have about 50 mods working!
mangohud %command%
Use MangoHud to limit the FPS to 30. Additionally, you can play at resolutions higher than 1280x960 but the cutscenes will be off center.
nGlide and dgVoodoo mods
Lots of jaggies due to lack of AA.
Recommended to play with a controller or joystick as a mouse and keyboard is unplayable.
Maybe with mods (that I could not get to work) this game would be playable. But as it stands, I am unable to paly it in it's current state.
-variableTimesteps
Followed the mod guide at Pc Gaming Wiki including the 60FPS fix.
The initial cutscene played fine but the others were playing in a different language (other than English). I ended up having to use Handbrake to re-encode the videos with the proper English track.
It seems that the cutscenes are what give people the most trouble. Other than re-encoding them as I mentioned, the game runs very well.

Works flawlessly.
The only issue I have is a known bug for the EULA, which I have to sign every time I login. Supposedly this can be fixed by downloading the non-Steam client but I have not tested that yet.
Works very well out of the box!
The game works perfectly out of the box, just keep in mind that you get some HUD visual bugs if you try to play at anything higher than 1080p resolution. Anakin's Remaster mod also works flawlessly, as do a few other mods I tried like Marvel4's conversion and BF3 Legacy.
mangohud %command%
The game runs out of the box on Proton 9.0-4 and I'm also using about 20 mods, mostly graphics and OBSE so not bothering to use MO2. It runs well with no noticieable issues!
