rockstar launcher broke it. i get error "Unable to locate the Rockstar Games Launcher, please vertify your game data" at startup.
Aweful experience. Used to be way better, but now its horrible.
things look very grainy.
if you get out and get in again or change volume on both kde and gnome the mouse hits display edges, its easily fixable by just left clicking in game.
gameplay is not smooth, its quite feels like fps is very low even though its 60.
Changing settings is impossible, settings reset after exiting the menu. Also steam thinks gta 5 is open even if you manually close everything related to wine rockstar and gta v in system monitor.
It says the online sign in failed, and that social club services are unavailable.
It wont let me get into the game.
It lags and freezes constantly even though I get 150~ fps and this is from before the summer update.

Mouse is very laggy in menus

Crashed while I was editing the the keybindings after I tabbed out
I've tried ubuntu, arch, opensuse, and reseting my computer multiple times to no avail, on windows it works flawlessly with 165+ fps even though my drivers are outdated af. For how much people praise Mesa drivers and AMD, it is very disappointing, I never had these issues on my nvidia gtx 1080.
Rockstar launcher complains a Game is currently running and only provides an Exit button

windowed borderless appears in the bottom right corner of the screen after a restart.
The view would keep pointing down and up as soon as I moved the mouse.
Before that, when moving the mouse, the view would have these weird teleporting to the direction the mouse was being moved.
it says something along the lines of your gpu does not support rtx.

Alt tab would mean game breaks and you can't save. Not strictly a game saving issue, but still.
Alt Tab causes the game to be blank.
When starting, it shows loading screen, and then it's just a black screen.
changing volume causes mouse to mess up
lag, lag everywhere even though settings are medium to low and my hardware is pretty good.
Doing anything physics demanding will make the experience awful. don't play this on gnome.
If fps goes below 15 input lag jumps and if the fps is below 5 the game becomes completely unplayable. It appears to be way worse on fedora gnome compared to endeavoros kde with the same protonGE.
The piece of garbage ibus causes huge keyboard input lag.
