Played the game a few hours with my friends and had no issues

Seems to work perfectly out of the box.
DLSS+FG all works as well. Might even run better than it did on windows.

The game will crash for me if I use any other start option than "Play Safe Mode (No Mods)"
If you have this problem where it crashes right after the fmod screen you should try to play in safe mode.

Runs very well without tinkering
Runs directly after installing with slightly more fps than on windows with same hardware

This is an update to a previous post But I'm going to reiterate some points.
Mods don't work by default. But if you move your Ready or not installation to compatdata/1144200/pfx/drive_c/Ready Or Not and symlink back to steamapps/common/Ready Or Not It magically works. If you're like me and download mods from Nexus then this should be helpful: Start the game and download a random mod this will create 'mod.io' folder inside 'Ready Or Not/ReadyOrNot/Content/Paks'. Once mod.io is setup you should see something like '2406127' inside mod.io/****/mods you can create a folder like '1234' then another folder inside like 'pakchuck99' with most of your mods inside and it should work. It has been my expierence that putting mods directly inside your Paks folder will cause the game to think it's game data is corrupt.

As others have said - it works perfectly out of the box
No notes, just install and run. Works great with no performance issues.

Game works straight out from the install for me. Honestly the performance was way better than when i had this machine on windows!

In terms of graphic details and performances nothing changed with DirectX12 to Vulkan translation but the Radeon MESA are definitely a step forward compared to Intel. Let's hope for a better optimization in order to reduce this little gap especially with Unreal Engine games. With the GMKTec M7-Pro you just have to wait the end of the installation process (Unreal SDK files) set the Proton Experimental and the auto-load with DirectX11 or 12 if you prefer. Medium settings, 1080p and AMD FSR3 on balanced (even performances is good to save extra framerates in some maps) and you ready to save LA from terrorism ;)

Runs pretty good, definitely playable with some tinkering. i get about 30-40 frames or higher on low graphics settings.
-USEALLAVAILABLECORES
used low graphics setting
Text is somewhat difficult to read, mostly the small text.
Use -USEALLAVAILABLECORES as a launch command, low graphics settings with fsr on balanced helps with fps. you can use medium textures and anti aliasing for a better look.

Runs fine for me using DX12, didn't have to mess with anything else. Much better framerate than windows.

DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME="Intel(R) Arc(tm) A580 Graphics (DG2)"
You need the Experimental Proton and performances goes slightly better with DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME="Intel(R) Arc(tm) A580 Graphics (DG2)" environment variable under DX11 to Vulkan translation. Since Beta, a lot of things has changed. It is a little bit more playable now and not extremely punitive on deadly shots. The news is the gamepad implementation: very well made!

Game limits itself to 15 fps after 1 hour of gameplay
Have to launch this game a couple of times before it works

The game runs well. Crashing only occured after mission complete in singleplayer and progress wasn't lost.
Crashes every time when I select "return to headquarters" after mission complete. Crashes every time after Mission restart in multiplayer. Crashes sometimes when I select "return to main menu" after mission complete.

Works out of the box
Performance is similar to Windows

Works even better on Linux!
Have played this game on both Windows and Linux, and at least for me it had much higher and consistent FPS.

the game run fine on linux mint 22.1, same fsp as windows

Great performance. Epic settings 70-90 fps on my system.

As said in the summary, recent updates have improved Linux support. The game runs perfectly fine.

Closes Steam after loading Vulkan shaders
PROTON_LOG=1 %command%
I have tried every DirectX version and every other launch option the game provides. I have also tried other people's methods on this forum. Game doesn't launch, it only shuts down Steam.
Steam doesn't produce a proton log file which means that the crash happens after loading Vulkan shaders and before or while launching the game.
I've checked the system logs that shows that Steam manages to verify the Steam runtime before going radio silent.

Using NTFS-3G to share the game between windows and linux, everything works well except in order for the mods to work, you need the launch options.
Just install and play via Steam.
Game runs great.

PROTON_SET_GAME_DRIVE=1 %command%
I'd say performance is 10-15% slower than on Windows.
Runs fine, with launch options set the mods work.

On the mission "23 Megabytes Per Second", there's a slight visiual noise artifact on the boarders of my screen. I've tried several different proton compatiblity implementations but its still there. I'm unsure if its game related or my hardware.
If you want to use Mod.IO, make sure you include the launch options.

Use these args to make mod.io work flawlessly without having to tinker your files and what not

Runs out of the box
Tried with different proton versions. The game crashers before it ever shows up. Used to work with the same computer and settings before.

Mod.io fails to initalize. Was able to get working folowing this guide for Garrys Mod https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/2848#issuecomment-1384818821

Sometimes launches to a black screen and will stop responding from there.

Don't know this is proton related or the general performance is not the best

Initial setup requires installing UE components. This caused a black screen at first, but worked out alright when I launched it a second time. You might need the touch screen or setting up cursor and mouse click controls to get through this.
Although you can adjust the interface and text size, it doesn't account for all interface and text. Some text is difficult to reach despite these settings.
I started a fresh save on my Steam Deck. Upon swapping to my PC the next day, progress seemed a bit confused. I swaped between my PC and the Deck throughout the day and cloud saves seem to be working properly.
Some maps can be very demanding. I have the graphics preset set to low and FPS locked to 30 and 'twisted nerve' still dropped occasionally. Not unplayable, but drops do happen.
It actually looks quite decent on the Deck with the lowest graphics preset. You can play it at 45 FPS if you need smooth gameplay, but I found 30 FPS to be more consistent and overall playable once I got used to it (took me a minute or two).
I didn't try multiplayer, but I hear it's pretty much unplayable. ProtonDB didn't give me the option to comment on that for whatever reason. Perfectly playable with the AI teammates, however, who are surprisingly competent.

I got way better performance by launching the DirectX 12 version.
