Glyph launcher opens, but the game won't start. After clicking play, nothing happens. Use the lutris installer, I got the game running sucesfully through lutris.
Works out of the box with some occasional crashes
In multiplayer when pressing enter, the game exited fullscreen for some reason
Felt very laggy, but I'm not sure whether that's because the game's netcode is bad with players further away (as matchmaking is pretty much dead) or because of proton
Opens fine but then menu elements start disappearing ~1min into the game
PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=0 PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 VKD3D_CONFIG=dxr11 %command% --launcher-skip --intro-skip --skipStartScreen
No matter what I did, I couldn't prevent the game from randomly stopping rendering some UI elements rougly 30 seconds after opening it. When that happened, all the 3D models on screen also started looking darker and my mouse disappeared, so I couldn't continue trying to get through the character creator.
Works as if native
Runs perfectly, but with a considerable FPS drop. My PC maintains solid 60FPS at all times on Win7, while with Proton it can barely keep 30FPS in more populated areas. The less populated areas work fine.
Ever since the Season 2 update, the game doesn't start
Tried various versions of proton and updating nvidia drivers, but no luck
No problems whatsoever. Same performance as the native version, but with a nice bonus of controller vibration working.
Added "-dx9" to the arguments list
Doesn't open at all with a message about not being able to "verify PC integrity" popping up
Game looks and plays well, but as with most BRs, EAC kicks in and ruins the day.
Tutorial stopped progressing midway through
Tried all the various tweaks mentioned here in the reports, none could get anything to pop up on my screen. Steam says running, system monitor sees a Subnautica.exe process, sitting at 77MB of RAM and around 7% CPU usage and then nothing happens.
