Game installs and opens launcher. Launcher never advances beyond showing an image and minimize/close icons in the top-right corner.
Fails in both steam deck game mode and desktop mode.

I mostly created a character and ran around for a bit. The game sometimes lags a little bit, but otherwise works fine.
Some videos lagged a bit, but when playing a second time they were fine.
Set Glyph Launcher to 32-bit CPU architecture and to close when the game starts.
Pressing the play button still does nothing

You cannot click on play. Nothing happens.
Glyph launcher opens, but the game won't start. After clicking play, nothing happens. Use the lutris installer, I got the game running sucesfully through lutris.

The Glyph launcher works fine out of the box, but once I login, I can't start the game, because I only see a big red "UPDATE" button. Clicking it does nothing essentially.
PS. I do not have linked Steam account.
The Glyph launcher worked just fine using Proton 3.7-8, the game however won't start. I'm not getting any error or pop-up. I tried disabling DX11, installing directx9, vcrun2005, vcrun2008 and corefonts in all kinds of combinations.
I also tried starting the game using Proton 3.16-3 beta but the launcher won't even start using that Proton version.
UnknownNo messing with anything under the hood; just tried through Steam interface and with user_settings.py tweaks as above. Glyph launcher starts and sits there. Pressing the play button does nothing. There is a wineserver running and some other wine processes but no game appears and nothing in the process list looks like it might be ArcheAge.
