No problems, didn't try multiplayer though

Requires an older version of Proton for multiplayer to work, tested and working with Proton 8.0-5

Black bars are present while using default resolution
While entering multiplayer game crashed, changing to earlier proton version helped

Quick setting: FPS 40; TDP 9W. Runs flawlessly for more than 5 hours
After a few hours of gameplay on steam deck, it is suggested that Steam deck Verified or Playable rating should be more appropriate.

Works great out of the box, have tweaked some settings to prolong battery life, but online play is borked.
TDP set to 6W, easy 60 fps lock, power consumption around 7.5W at medium screen brightness. The game supports frame rates higher than 60, but for some reason it doesn't feel smooth at 90 (I play on the OLED model). For this reason, I prefer keeping the frame rate locked at 60. Haven't noticed any difference when toggling V-Sync, I have left it on.
Game crashes when creating/trying to join an online lobby.
works perfecly

perfect

4 watt tdp
Had to start from the beginning, couldn't run my pc save
Great game, one of my favorite racing games on the deck

Didn't try multiplayer but game installs and runs fine out of the box. Not sure why Steam labels this as unsupported. This seems at least deserving of 'Steam Deck playable'.
protontricks 609920 xact_x64
with the setup is ok
RADV_PERFTEST=gpl %command%
6800U is amazing cpu. Suprised 1280x800@60, no drops, really stable.
Frame pacing issues
It's a really fun game too
Works as you'd expect. I did not try any multiplayer, but single player is nearly flawless.
The game fails to launch in Offline Mode. That could be why the game is marked as Unsupported.
Game ran perfectly ootb.
My Dualshock 4 worked perfectly as well.
perfect compatibility
could be deck verified

Runs great out-of-the-box.
I was able to connect to online multiplayer, but found no one to play with.

Controller issues (this game only, Pro Controller, Steam input)
Wired Nintendo Switch Pro Controller gets randomly disconnected and reconnected (only in this game) and sometimes even crashes the game (and even Steam somehow) entirely.
Wireless Pro Controller works pretty well, but my Bluetooth adapter can't handle both my headphones at high quality and controller at the same time.
Runs perfectly out of the box.
This game never worked for me via Proton
Just install and play
It runs great with the default Proton. Flawless performance.

Installs and runs perfectly.
Alt-tab does not work in fullscreen (at least in Linux Mint Cinnamon), however it works fine in windowed mode.
Completed all races and tried out every single player game mode, no crashes and perfect performance at 1080p/60Hz (no lag or stutter).
Used Logitech Gamepad F310, which was detected automatically, keyboard controls also work fine.
Online multiplayer untested.

Was completely unplayable, after start you by default run into the wall on the side of the track.
The game constantly turns left, which means that I need to compensate constantly. This makes it unplayable.
No issues found, great performance
Just works!
It's not possible switching window.
Runs out of the box
OOTB no issues

Crashes after the initial screen
Use 5.13-6 instead
On my Geforce 1060, the game runs flawlessly in High graphics mode.
My PS4 Dualshock controller definitely was detected by the game - selecting on the menu worked - but the controls for the car were not functional. Playing on the keyboard worked fine.
