Fonctionne tres bien

One of the best pick up and play options out there for Chroomebook Plus gamers. It runs just as smoothly on Chromebook Plus as it does on Xbox Series X. Labeled and mapped Xbox One, Series X/S and DualShock 4 and 5 controls are seamless.

Works great otb!

The intro movie might stutter on occasion.
The default resolution in-game is 1280x800, but that makes the artwork and sprites look slightly 'uneven' and messy due to a mismatch with resolutions. In the options menu, choose -'Windowed' and '860x540', and in the Steam performance menu make sure the scaling filter for rhis game is 'Linear'. That makes the art look as intended
It runs great. Just adjust the resolition in-game as explained above and the screen will be less 'noisy'.

installed vc_redist64

Epic version with Heroic games launcher: took me a while to understand how to make it launch. Had to go trough reddit
Installing vcrun2017 or vcrun2022 through winetricks IS NOT ENOUGH, you need to install dotnet46 as well. And it will take a while to install

Installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 runtime
When using the Epic Games version in Heroic, I had to set the Windows version to Windows 10 (defaulted to Windows XP) to install the Visual C++ runtime. I downloaded the runtime from Microsoft's website directly, and used Heroic to run it on the installed prefix.

Install VC_redist.x64.exe in game prefix
Game version from EpicGames store. Launched using Heroic Games Launcher. You need to install VC_redist.x64.exe in game prefix first, after that step - game runs flawlessly.

This is for the Epic Store version, installed through Lutris. It played straight ootb through Lutris, but I couldn't get it to work by adding the .exe to Steam, even with some tinkering, but I didn't try very hard to be honest. Played perfectly with Lutris. Didn't try online multiplayer.

Install dll vcrun2017 (Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable Package) in wine prefix
Used Lutris and lutris-GE-Proton to install and run the game
Works ootb.

No Issues
Runs flawlessly.

Everything tested has worked flawlessly (haven´t tried online multiplayer yet).
Three player co-op worked without problem. We use two wired controllers and a bluetooth keyboard.
Smooth experience all around. Straighforward install and gameplay under linux.
No issues with online multiplayer, ran a 6-person match and everything went fine.
No issues at all, just install and play!
Works great out of the box.
singleplayer runs well
none of my controllers work with either native or proton version... bummer :/ still really fun with a keyboard, tho
by not detecting controllers, it's basically impossible to play
do not use proton experimental
Game works with zero problems

awesome port
runs flawlessly
was playing with 2 other players without any issue
good experience for playing under intel NUC
Classic arcade action without the emulator
Boarderless window was behind my icon tray, however switching to full screen fixed that
I was very suprised that this game was a native port and not WINE/Proton compatible. Other than a KDE issue which switching the game to full screen fixed, it ran perfectly.
No problems to report. Works great.

SDL_AUDIODRIVER=alsa %command%
I couldn't launch the game cause it insta-crashed just like in several other reports here, was related to audio.
But friendly Linux gaming community helped, thanks:
No issues so far. Game's been running like a dream.
Set sound to stereo.

Completely broken on Manjaro. Native and forced Proton.
Native it starts and then crashes before any graphics can be shown. Proton throws XNA Error... Forced Proton gives the following XNA Error: "Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Audio.NoAudioHardwareException" which targets "FAudioContext Device() @ Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Audio.SoundEffect"
Game is native and runs perfectly without any setup issues. I did notice some flickering on the map, namely when selecting Urma and Burne.
required changing audio configuration on pc to get working: -NFO: OpenAudioDevice failed: Unsupported number of audio channels. Failed to create mastering voice!-
won't start while audio is configured for 2.1 surround sound. crashes with error: NFO: OpenAudioDevice failed: Unsupported number of audio channels. Failed to create mastering voice!
if you have audio configured correctly, it may not start. Set to Stereo and started immediately without issue.
Crashes during start
Entirely Borked on Manjaro. Crashes before graphics starts, but after the app launches. Tried with, and without proton. Haven't been the first one to report an issue before, so idk where to find how to tinker with start up commands.... or where the error logs go to if it isn't /var/log...
Linux Mint - Attempted both Native and Proton-enabled to no avail
Gives error "Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Audio.NoAudioHardwareException" which targets "FAudioContext Device() @ Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Audio.SoundEffect". Not a Proton issue, but perhaps someone has a fix that can help other players.

Works nearly perfectly, at least in singleplayer
This game runs natively on Linux, similarly to Streets of Rage 4.
I haven't tried multiplayer, but I just ran through the story solo with Donatello and had no issues. There's some slight flickering in the overworld when standing on the side event levels, but you won't spend much time there, so it's not a big deal.
