Just runs out of the box. Perfect example of a flawless experience.
Runs as if it was a native game
The game installed and launched with some bugs and freezes but it seems impossible to begin to play.
I never went further than the character creation window. Random crashes required me to kill the program manually with htop.
Hotfix 1.22 still borked
The new Hotfix 1.22 is still borked with any proton version including the experimental one
Finally runs with Mesa 21.1
Audio crackles a lot. The voices are still understandable but it might be distracting.
Some minor artifacts in some cut scenes and during gameplay.
Overall good experiences except for the audio issues.
The game install but won't start at all
The game didn't start no matter what version of proton was used.
By switching to proton 6.3.2, the graphical bugs present with proton 5 have disappeared.
Everything is perfectly stable and runs perfectly out of the box with no tweaking.

Running the Windows version with proton is just like running the native game
Same experience between the native game and the Windows version under proton
Runs fine but significant FPS drop with proton 6 when compared with proton 5
Some artifacts present from time to time but nothing serious.
The FPS were way lower than on Windows for the same hardware when switching from proton 5 to proton 6
Overall great experience except the significant drop of FPS linked to proton 6.
Last update is borked - Vulkan Driver issues
As the title says, the last update borked the install and the game to the point that it will not launch at all. Reinstalling the game did nothing as trying to change the version of proton used or common launch commands. Two error messages: "Unable to initialize Vulkan (vkCreateInstance failed.) You may not have a Vulkan driver installed, or an old driver on your machine may be corrupted" and " Error initializing graphics drivers (vkEnumeratePhysicalDevices failed): VK_ERROR_INITIALIZATION_FAILED"
Worked very well out of the box
Noticeable crackling, especially during cutscenes
Sometimes the game will stutter for a fraction of a second.
The game will run without issues if you leaves the quality of the textures on low.
Texture quality is very low and changing it to high crashes the game
Crashes sometimes. Crashes when texture quality is on high
Doesn't work but it makes perfect sense
As this is a Windows wallpaper customizer / module, it is logical that it won't work with linux desktop environments under proton.
