Did use proton 8.0.5 other versions break with a black screen, the only settings that i had to lower was reflections since they caused random system crashes. other than that no problem, the anticheat works well under proton. did a couple of multiplayer runs with no issues
Only when reflections are set to high
the game ran smooth with most options set to ultra, only issue is the reflections (and thats a common issue) anticheat works well with linux
It runs really smooth, no need for extra configs, used gamemoderun %command% just out of habit but not really a must.
The character creation at start wont display anything, after creation of a random char i did go back to main menu and could create a new char and see what was in there. but without the large address aware the game gets performance drop downs to unplayable. but after the fix the performance degradation is way smaller (Still it gets a drop on frames after an about and hour of gameplay
Once the configurations are set you can enjoy a stable frame rate, just use a controller for a better experience

lowered texture and models to medium to get a stable 60 + fps all other options set to high
Had to play with the controller since KB & M did had a input delay way over an acceptable number
Before changing some options, had to lower the models and textures to medium that solved any issues
graphical gitch gets in the character way all the time
after release player character have a "puff ball" that cover the head and part of the body.
