60fps/60hz High settings because default 90hz has a more varied framerate, and this game has an inherent kind of jitter that makes the framerate feel the same regardless. This way it stays stable and uses 10-15w.
Played the whole game on Deck, including achievement cleanup for the 100%. 3-5hrs of battery life.

gamemode %command%
I needed to navigte to setting to exit fullscreen and whe enabeling it again it worked fine.
good game
Played through the game and found one Starseed. Encountered zero problems.
Had to switch to the proton version and add my usual launch options. It's working at about 80-90% capacity of what I would expect it to
gamemoderun PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 AMD_VULKAN_ICD=RADV %command%
Even with all my tweeks there is a slight latency
Use proton, and it seems using an earlier version works better. You can try my launch options too, they made a big difference for me. (Here are my usual launch options: gamemoderun PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 AMD_VULKAN_ICD=RADV %command% I installed gamemode with the command sudo apt install gamemode and I check it is running with the command gamemoded -s Plus obviously only use the AMD command if you have an AMD graphics card)
Runs even better via Proton than the native Linux version
Could not get controller working in the native version. Worked flawlessly under the default configuration of Proton 6.3-5.
Seems to perform a bit better in Proton due to the Vulkan layer. No issues running the game, and it even pulled in my save from native.

Runs much better than native version out of the box, D9VK runs even better but has problems displaying certain parts of shadows.

Game works native on Linux. On Proton it works out of the box. I installed manually D9VK and it worked as well fine with this DX9 to Vulkan translation.

Game works native and out of the box on Proton.

Used steamplay/proton because native version did not launch. Works fine on proton
