Runs completely fine without specifiying a Proton Version, used GE because the cutscene when you start a town was missing
Performance is a lot worse than excpected
Getting 10 fps max in Linux compared to 30 on Windows with the same hardware.
Expect bugs basically everywhere, it's Early Access after all
Bad performance all around because Early Access, gets even worse on Linux
"protontricks 275850 win7" for multiplayer as suggested by other people
Only Issue was needing to launch the game twice every now and then
When launching, select DirectX 12
Use native with the launch option instead, Proton has audio, stability and performance issues
I was able to run the native version only by adding this launch option in Steam I copied from another game: ENABLE_VKBASALT=0 __NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia %command%
It forces the use of the NVidia GPU, preventing an error about my GPU no supporting vulkan.
Works beautifully
I had one crash trying to alt-tab during a loading screen, stable otherwise
"Corrupted Installation. Please verify files integrity or reinstall the game."
Game has an error on startup. Using the same launch options other people have recommended.
