Runs really well with no crashes or performance issues.

When I didn't use experimental, the game had to verify games files in order to run properly every launch it seems. With experimental, the game launches as it should without an error or requesting verification of game files. At least that has been my experience your mileage may vary.

some of the audio was echoing when starting the game in the main menu but relaunching fixed the issue.
was able to play a few matches initially without issue and then the game crashed to desktop without an error message. Ever since the first crash to desktop, the game has crashed consistently since every time now.
Game performs great and the gameplay is amazing but now getting consistent crashes to desktop without an error message after playing a match for a few minutes.

No issues with performance before crashes. When it crashes, it crashes instantly to desktop. Tested Proton 9 and Experimental. Same results for both.
gamescope -h 1440 -w 2560 -r 144 -f %command% --use-d3d11
Crashes that I experienced before with extraction have been fixed by the devs and I haven't had any issues with the game itself since.
Runs great so far on Proton 7.0-6. Have only played the tutorial section but have had no issues so far.
Runs natively on Linux.
Runs Excellently.
Just press play.
It works perfectly for me so far on initial start up using GE-Proton7-29 and no launch commands.
(none)
STEPS I TOOK:
- I have steam launch my games with the GE-Proton7-29 version as default in the steam play "Run other titles with" setting.
- I just installed the game and launched it on steam like any other game no launch options needed for me.
- I got a message on launch saying: "LAUNCHER_NOGPUINSTALLEDDESC".
- I clicked ok and the game launcher came up.
- I updated graphics settings to my liking and clicked play.
- Another message came up saying: "The driver for your graphics card is below the current game requirements. Please update your driver to the latest version recommended by your hardware vendor. Current GPU and grapics driver: ,"
- I clicked "OK" and the game launched like normal.
- I clicked Play in the in-game menu and launched into the game with no noticeable issues or errors.
Cutscenes played normally and actual gameplay was normal and that's it so far.
I have not used any other GE-Proton versions and have not tried any of the Steam proton versions.
I have only played the initial beginning mission and have not done any extensive gameplay due to time constraints so your mileage may vary as may mine in future extensive gameplay. But so far so good. Thumbs up.
Switch to Proton 7.0-4 it fixed my crashing issue I was having on GE Proton versions and Steam Experimental. Plays natively like on Windows.
Proton 7.0-4 fixed my issue were the game would freeze up and audio would cut out shortly after which forced me to force quit and relaunch the game. The freezing would happen often a few seconds after loading from inside to outside or vice versa. I tried several GE Proton versions up to 7-31 and Proton Experimental but the issue would persist. I have not tried the latest GE Proton version 7-33. Switching to Proton 7.0-4 solved my freezing issue. The game runs great now.
Forced Proton Experimental Runs great out of the box
Runs great with proton experimental. Some artifacts but turning off FSR improves this a lot.
FSR was causing weird artifacts, but disabling it removed a lot of the issues.
Only some artifacting and popping textures. Not enough to reduce immersion or gameplay. Turn off FSR to reduce artifacting. No performance issues so far.
gamescope -H 1440 -W 2560 -f -r 165 -O -e --mangoapp --adaptive-sync --force-grab-cursor %command%
Alt+Tab works but when tabbing back into the game, the taskbar didn't go away and overalapped in the game. Running the game with Gamescop fixed the issue.
Runs natively on Linux.
Runs great.
No issues whatsoever. Runs natively.
Native Linux performance. Runs Excellently.
Native Linux performance.
Runs natively on Linux. I have not had to tinker with it at all.
Performance was just like Windows no issues whatsoever.
I have had zero issues playing the game on several GE-Proton versions up to GE-Proton7-33. I have not tried any other Proton versions outside of GE as I play most if not all my games through GE by default. The game plays like it does on Windows.
No Issues whatsoever.
I have had no issues playing this game on Linux. Runs fantastic.
