works nativly

Natively supports Linux
The game functions flawlessly, and I did not experience any issues!

gamemoderun ENABLE_VKBASALT=1 %command%
Some stuttering at start but i think it's due shaders being loaded; after a couple of minutes the game ran smoothly.
Just like Verdun or Tannenberg, works great at high settings on everything. Gamemode and vkBasalt are optional, but help without tax your system, so I recommend using both.

Drop frame rate some time

Game installs, launches & loads up the main menu. When trying to join a server it will stop halfway and begin loading the main menu again.
anti-cheat may be stopping play
Since the Last Update, game crashed after Splash Screen

jogo funcionando perfeitamente e nativo
se miniminar o jogo e abrilo novamente ele fecha sozinho
se tive 1 poblema. se minimizar e volta pro jogo ele fecha sozinho

Butter smooth experience on both native and proton, except for the camera stutter bug, which wasn't there in my first hours of playing.
After around an hour of playing the framerate remains solid, but moving the camera results in the camera being stuttering, not the rest of the game at all. Even in the main menu the rendered background stutters while the rest remains smooth. Bizarre.

Since the update it's sadly borked on native and cannot proceed to the menu after the splash screen!
Be sure to use GE-Proton9-11 instead for now - I had a better experience setting graphics to high instead of mid! Enable anti-aliasing manually!
Recent update broke the native version, it installs but closes instanly as soon as the window for it appears.
Borked natively

I immediately turned on Proton so I could get Reshade. Did not try Native. Seems to work perfectly in Proton with Reshade so no complaints from me

Works without Performance issues. One of the smoothest titles I have tried.

The native version suffered alot of performance issues.
Perfectly playable out of the box

For casual gaming, It's fine, for hardcore competitive audience, framedrops will make You angry.

Isonzo is not an optimised game, drops to 50-60 fps on some maps. Graphical settings do not matter at all, framerate stays the same.
40-45 fps

Had to install missing libraries.
Had to install alsa-lib(-32bit) and alsa-plugins(-32bit).
Had to switch from borderless to exclusive.

Had to install alsa-lib(-32bit) & alsa-plugins(-32bit)
Fixed by using exclusive instead of borderless
play few hours, looks perfect, nice to have native multiplayer shooter
Native version works well but Verdun and Tannenberg works better.
Works well on Intel Arc
Connect to the server and play. That's it.
Download the game, press play
and enjoy.
Contrary to what other people were reporting, and my experience with the dev previous native ports, Isonzo runs better on native.
There are serious performance issues
Mousewheel is not detected and controls that rely it cannot be rebound
The game suffers extreme framerate degredation after level changes.
Certain classes are unplayable due to mousewheel input issue.
Contrary to what other people were reporting, and my experience with the dev previous native ports, Isonzo runs better on native.
The proton version has a few less graphic glitches than the native, but both run very well in the end.
There is a strange bug that causes the framerate to go below 10 in the map view. Although then after spawning the framerate returns to normal. The fact that the framerate does not return to normal can occur. At this point you have to necessarily restart the game.
There is a post processing option regarding the lights that causes graphic artifacts in the lower left corner. Turn the option off and they are no longer visible.
After much testing with graphics settings, I found a mix of medium and high settings that allow me to play at 1080p almost always at 60 fps. There are maps like caporetto or fior that give me framerate problems, but it still remains playable. The game itself has some optimization issues. I use the native version that runs directly in vulkan.
With Native version some keybindings in-game didn't work (e.g., WASD), while others did (e.g., 1234). With Proton version there's no such issue.
The game works better when using proton. Native linux version feels laggy even though the frame rate is about the same as when using proton.
Mousewheel selection on the Engineer build menu does not work. Have tried a few key rebinds but so far so no work around.
Run native since launch without any problems.
With some caveats it's playable. Native has better performance but stability issues, win version is vice versa.

Alt-tabbing turns game to black screen. GAme launches on wrong (non-primary) monitor.
Win performance slightly behind native port. Native has severe performance degradation on map change.
Native crashes on some maps. Win crashes on alt-tabbing
Scroll-wheel selection for certain classes (i.e. engineer tools) is broken.
Game launche sin offline mode for a few seconds.
Some issues with moving workspaces on a TWM (i3, BSPWM)
Lower fps than native
on proton audio works fine, it auto connects to the servers, lower fps but overall much more stable
Linux native binary is hella jank
failed to initalize sound system
sound system not working, frequent crashes

When some Post-Processing effects are enabled (Not sure which, but I disabled all except antialiasing and Ambient Oclusion and the glitches went away) the game presents constant visual glitches in the form of flashing "colored squares"
On Native, setting Texture Quality to anything other than Low severly impacts performance, dropping frames from a constant 80 FPS on my machine to a mere 25 FPS

Framerate seems a little lower than it should be given my hardware, but that may just be a peculiarity of my system or slow ram speed. Using GE Proton helped a bit with consistent frame times and overall fps.
Multiplayer works as intended, and all bugs I encountered also seem to be reported by Windows users.
Good game.

Alt-tabbing hangs the game, unable to go back to the game unless kill it.
Multiplayer works excellent, only when the game enters menu it start in offline mode and goes online in a few seconds.
Native works but has some bugs (mouse wheel selection for Engineer not scrolling), and GE has slightly better performance. Otherwise excellent.
