Numeric values (ingame currency, units) are still borked (showing #000/#001). Apart from that issue it runs with good visuals and mediocre audio. The audio of a video, that ran at the same time, borked after launching the game
Forcing compatibility tools lets it install, but I could not get further than the save slots. When I tried to load a slot, I only get a blackscreen
Runs with the soundtweaks: WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_7=n,b" PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=90 %command% (paste this in Fallout's launch option). However it does not run completely smooth (but playable) on low gpu. I use a PS4 Controller (works OOB).
You see the custom Cursor and a black screen after starting the game. (Only tested Demo Version)
Did not run at all, even with the tweaks to Esync, D3D11 or D3D. I also tried forcing 4.2-9 without success.
does not run after the loading screen. "disable movies" in the advance option let's it launch and load. after loading it crashes
runs pretty good OOB, with FPS between 35-55. quitting takes extremely long or doesn't even work. need to kill it with taskmanager.
good OOB experience, go for a bit lower graphics to avoid framedrops
1440p medium works fine, higher should only be done with 1080p
can not end game with the game menu, must end via Taskmanager
with the Free Driver the graphiccard was shown as RX480, with the AMDGPUPRO DRiver it was shown as HD7700, use the free driver
works with --skip-intro in launch options (OpenGL mode). cursor is flickering and has latency, but PS4 Controller works OOB
Use --skip intro in launch options. Also force a compatability tool. Now like others said it will/might freeze. It froze for me, but after waiting like 2 Minutes the game starts and everything unfreezes. It basically freezes the time it would take for the intro.
Does not run with the --skip-intro tweak anymore, regardless of the version of Proton.
%command% --skip-intro made the game crash instantly, but with --skip-intro only it tried to start, froze the computer for a second and crashed
needs to reboot after first launch. Konami ID needs to be integrated on a Windows OS
