Multiplayer is borked for me, single play works.
Screen flashing while placing items

The menu is VERY unstable, however, once loaded into a game, it doesn't crash.
Had to rename Launcher.exe to Launcher.old.exe and then rename AoK HD.exe to Launcher.exe, It ran perfectly after that.

Installed and hit play, it runs without tweaks but it did crash after an hour in game.
This is reviewing the use of Proton, not the native port. Note, the Windows version under Proton runs better and is more stable "for me" on Ubuntu 18.04, Solus Gnome, and Arch Linux. The Proton version stays well above 100fps for me, on the rare case that a crash occurs, it was due tabbing out of the game to use a browser, but it's rare. If you're getting stutters on Arch, check "cpupower frequency-info" in the terminal and make sure your CPU isn't turboing down, once I "cpupower frequency-set -d 4GHz" and "cpupower frequency-set -u 5GHz" my games stopped stuttering. The stutters were occurring because the CPU would randomly drop to 800MHz. "sudo cpupower frequency-set -g performance" would also work.
As long as you're not here for multiplayer (Like I was) then you'll have a great experience.
Crashed the first time I changed resolution the first time and crashed when I started on online lobby
This game crashes every other mission, it's still not stable, but from what I've read, it's like that for some Windows users too.

I was getting 20fps, I just did "sudo apt install libmpg123-0:i386" and the game behaved perfectly afterwards.
It has only crashed once in 100 hours, that's a better crash rate than I had on Windows. Currently running 23 mods as well as the script extender without issue.
Performance is less than on windows, the launcher crashed once, but generally playable.
Installed the game, hit play, played for an hour and found nothing wrong.
