In menu troubles with the design. Russian charset is totally corrupted. But the game itself works great.
Broken
I tried default Proton, experimental and all availiable versions between 3.7 and 5.13. There is nothing like "It works perfectly".
It was playable, but dark. VERY DARK (yep, joke about sunglass at night is appropriate). But after install OGL-rendering game has become much better. Unfortunately the link I took this now doesn't work: http://jcblog.ru/2016/08/04/deus-ex-setup/

In the default mode, there were no sounds of gunshots, phone calls, etc., but the music and background sounds (wind, sirens, etc.) were playing normally. Lowering the version of Proton helped.
Before starting the game, there is a settings menu with broken encoding, and adding launch parameters did not change anything, so I had to leave it as it was. Additionally, the game did not play the intro before the main menu.

В режиме по-умолчанию не было ЧАСТИ звуков: выстрелов, звонков телефона и т.п., при этом музыка и фоновые звуки (ветер, сирены и пр.) вопроизводились нормально. Понижение версии Протона - помогло.
Перед запуском игры есть меню настроек с битой кодировкой, добавление параметров запуска ничего не изменило, пришлось оставить всё как есть. Также при запуске игры не игралась заставка перед главным меню.
If the game works the same way as I do, then frequent crashes will not give you fun.
Mouse and some icons flickering
Crashes start at 4-th training level while clicks to different menus, after relaunch game may continue at that click, but crush another time.
I couldn't connect to my mobile account.
Для локализации - сделал копирование с заменой файлов с оригинального образа от 1С. До OpenMW руки не дошли.
