Minor crash first launch, and changeing ingame settings, Everything else is flawless.
Everything works. only thing is steam overlay needs to be disabled because it hangs when trying to use it. But the game works 100%
I use Proton Experimental as a global setting, since it is what steam sets as default when activating "steam play" for all titels and experimental just works, so why bother changing that.
Everything works, Did not try Myltiplayer though. also did not tinker i just globaly play proton experimental.
don't use surround sound
Multiplayer Did not connect to matches, but i could see changes to domination map and such with no problems, and no lag. I wish i could play SP co-op and Duels but alas..not.

Broken Easy Anti-Cheat
Would work perfect if EAC worked with proton. Game launches and is fast with sound atleast up untill the "press any key" notion and after that EAC not connected error.
Game works good, install and go. (i use Proton Experminental as global setting) so no tinkering needed.

Music in initial screen after the "push anykey" there is no sound at all. If a fix for the sound gets found it will work flawlessly.
proton 5.0.9 no launch, installed GE5.11-MF it launched, exited and everything was black except for texts in menus and in game. so i could not see the map my char or any char on the map or in char creation.
Mouse not locked to game window half of the launches.
Textures being completely black
After first launch with GE proton regular proton 5.0.9 will work just as good as the GE one. Had no issues with stability only the loss of textures after initual playtrough.
Everything works, Battleye trough proton works fine.

Yeah, i Run all games with Proton Experimental, so for me no tinkering

All the fixes are easy to do, and when they are done the game works perfect.

WASD stoped working after kills - Easy fix just lock your fps to 60 and it will not happen again.
Crash to desktop after tutorial - Fix disable steam overlay.
Use the fixes. They makes all the difference
The game works with directx and even better with Vulkan
It's marked as tinker but i always use proton Experimental on a global setting and did not "tinker" at all. So everything works. It will probably work on latest proton aswell, since it was experimental at one point. it just keeps working.
NPC sound not present use 'WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_7=n,b" PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=90 %command%' to fix
Valve fixed the sound, and they sometimes work but use WINEDLLOVERRIDES="xaudio2_7=n,b" %command% for a fully working experience. Write the " yourself for best effect.
Don't forget to install "Proton EasyAntiCheat Runtime" lot's of people forget this install "proton BattlEye Runtime" when you're at it aswel
Everything works! No tinkering needed. Just install and go (i'm using Proton experimental on global settings) But the game works excellenty.
What can i say game Works, can't say how it works on Windows since i don't use it. But played several games without issues.
First install with proton 4.11 then change to proton 5.0.9. Proton 4.11 makes the launcher not crash and update, after update change to proton 5.0.9 to not get booted after 5 mins for not using a controller. Works 100% after that.
