I had really choppy performance, even though I was getting 120+ FPS at launch. I solved this by Setting my graphics settings to medium, and limiting my frame rate to 75FPS. Runs nice and smooth now. I have had it freeze super hard and needed to kill it through htop once, but this is the only issue I've encountered.
Works near flawlessly, but there are a few odd issues with the mouse in the menus. I've noticed that the audio is a bit off in some cases. However, I am not sure if this is a Proton issue or a re-release engine issue. I've heard there are some issues.
Works right out of the box. Runs on Unity, so Vulkan is on by default.
Little bit of studder, but not awful.
Can't seem to get any higher than 30fps, on Windows I was getting around 60-75.
I seem to have struck gold in terms of Nvidia Driver, Proton Version, and Linux Kernel. Previous versions had very noticeable input delay, making the game unplayable.

Tried WINE_FULLSCREEN_FSR=1 WINE_FULLSCREEN_FSR_STRENGTH=4 %command% --launcher-skip in Options, and have had no Success.
Run a YouTube video on startup as a workaround for the Crash!

Had to use a hex editor to get the game to recognize my KB+M at first. Performance was awful after 2.0, barely cracking 25fps on high, no RT. Updating the Linux kernel to 6.5.4-1 seemed to fix the issue. Script to fix the Controller issue: '''echo '2C45C6: EB' | xxd -r - Cyberpunk2077.exe'''

Rock steady 60 FPS with no settings changes. Runs on High.
Odd issues with Smoke particles, and getting hit turns your screen white briefly. Scope for Assault rifle doesn't work.
Started up with zero issues, and ran ok. Super choppy at first, but after turning off Shadows the game ran quite smooth.
Noticable but expected Pop-in, happened on WIndows. Odd dialogue timing in VO during cutscenes.
Runs flawlessly if you install mpg123-libs-1.25.10-1.fc28.i686.
