Game runs really well; Some stability issues in the Vulkan version; Recommend using the DX11 version
Game would occassionally crash with the Vulkan version. Switching to DX11 gave a small boost to performance and fixed the crashes.
Game works perfectly out of the box with no problems
Played the game using an Oculus Quest 2 with ALVR v19.1.0 (streamed)
Game works excellently with proton. Launch option needed to enable DLSS; Ray-tracing doesn't work.
PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 mangohud %command% --launcher-skip -skipStartScreen
By default, DLSS doesn't work. Putting "PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1" in the launch options enables DLSS to work as intended.
Multiplayer worked flawlessly; No issues with anti-cheat
Utilizing Steam's version of Proton to launch the game will not run the game and will just result in a black screen. Needed the latest version of GE-Proton to be able to run and play the game. With GE-Proton, experience is identical to windows

Game was enjoyable to play with no gameplay/graphical differences compared to Windows; Fallout 4 on Linux seems to give me higher FPS, less stutters, and more consistent frametimes. Ran the game at a stable 144hz most of the time.
In areas with heavy foliable, my game would start to feel jittery; Frametimes in these areas had consistent fluctuations
Would occassionally have the error only when launching the game- "Timed out waiting for response from mongoose Steam VR needs to restart." Fixed this by just restarting my computer
Assuming your VR setup is up and running smoothly, this game should have no problems running out of the box (outside of the waiting for mongoose error).
Everything performed as expected including workshop maps.
Played the game using an Oculus Quest 2 with ALVR v19.1.0
Game runs flawlessly
Multiplayer works as expected
Vanilla gameplay of Lethal company runs perfectly with no unexpected behavior. Playing the game with mods does require some tinkering and isn't too straightforward sometimes.
Unable to play the game
The Nexon launcher will launch, but then nothing pops up and the game closes.
Game works flawlessly out of the box
Multiplayer works as expected
Game crashes at launch; Only information provided is a popup window with an error code
Switching to various Proton versions, verifying game files, and trying the game's experimental/beta version didn't resolve the issue.
Popup window message: The game has encountered an error and will now shutdown. Please refer to https://hellogames.zendesk.com/ for help if the issue persists and include this token as reference: 126423_0x22C3307_ST76561198094210649
In X11, the GNOME top bar caused a ghosting effect at the top of the screen in fullscreen mode. Alt-tabbing fixed it. This issue didn't occur in Wayland.
VRAM usage would sometimes reach the max VRAM my card have, slowing down the game and requiring a restart
I ran the game with DLSS in performance mode for stable and smooth framerate at 1440p
Needs at least NVIDIA drivers 525 to be able to play. Overall decent performance and enjoyable experience.
Works perfectly out of the box
The game works as expected perfectly. Very smooth experience. Mods also work flawlessly.
mangohud %command% -novid -nojoy -nosteamcontroller -nohltv -particles 1 -precachefontchars -noquicktime
Downloaded and installed the High Preset of mastercomfig from https://mastercomfig.com/app/ with the OpenGL addon.
SELinux on Fedora seems to disable audio such as the music and voicelines. Inputting "setsebool -P allow_execheap 1" into the terminal returns all audio back to the game.
Sensitivity seems to be twice as high as it should be. To get the same sens, you just need to halve your sensitivity. The sensitivity in the character preview in the backpack section is insanely high.
Multiplayer works extremely well out of the box.
Can only connect to servers with the native linux client - can't connect with Proton. The game with OpenGL runs better than Windows with DirectX and is overall a enjoyable experience.
TF2 runs really well; Xorg has some problems with fullscreen mode
On Xorg, launching the game in fullscreen crashed my computer. To play fullscreen, I had to start in windowed mode (using "-windowed" launch option), then switch to fullscreen in-game everytime I launched TF2. Doing this also caused the in-game refresh rate to change to 60hz which was fixed by alt tabbing out and back in.
This was not an issue on wayland and fullscreen worked as expected
Multiplayer works as expected
Runs really well but requires some launcher command if you want to run the DX12 version as expected
PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 VKD3D_CONFIG=dxr11 VKD3D_FEATURE_LEVEL=12_1 %command% --launcher-skip
Ray tracing does not work at all. I can enable it in the settings, but loading a save file will just cause the game to crash.
The launcher will only display a black screen, needed to put --launcher--skip to be able to load into the game. DLSS also doesn't work unless you put launcher commands such as: "PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 VKD3D_CONFIG=dxr11 VKD3D_FEATURE_LEVEL=12_1 %command%". After initial tinkers, everything works as expected and is an enjoyable experience.
Frequent crashes make the campaign unplayable. However custom battles work as expected for the most part.
Playing the campaign would cause frequent crashes everytime I went to the next turn.
Playing the Teutoberg Forest map in Custom Battles or playing Custom Battles for a prolonged period of time would also cause the game to crash
Game runs well for the most part with some occassional crashes; Proton needed to have a multiplayer game with Windows users
DX11 version would result in major graphical artifacts that render the game technically playable, but unenjoyable DX9 version worked as expected
Game would occassionally crash after 1-2 hours of gameplay, cause of this is unknown
If you are on the native version, I can't seem to join games with Windows users. I had to switch over to Proton and use one of the DirectX versions in order to play with them.
Lighting doesn't work properly on vehicles if reflection quality is maxed out
