set all the settings to low
works out of the box perfectly

EpicGamesLauncher.exe -com.epicgames.launcher://apps/Sugar?action=launch&silent=true -opengl -SkipBuildPatchPrereq
Multiplayer works just as it does on Windows.
The only minor caveat is having to open the Epic Games Launcher in order to play, which I don't think would happen with Heroic.

Works perfectly without having to change any settings on Steam Deck
I had this game on Steam before it was removed from the store and installed it from there and it ran fine without forcing usage of the Steam Play compatility tool. It also worked with Proton-9.0-4, Proton Experimental and GE-Proton9-25.
Multiplayer works fine and was able to play games. Didn't have any issues with anticheat, it just showed that it was installing in the Steam loading screen on first launch.

Enabled "Use GameMode" in Fall Guys -> Settings -> Other.

Crashes may happen during in-game, though it is less likely so it doesn't irritate much.
The game always doesn't launch properly in first go. It goes past through EAC splash screen and stays in black in full screen afterwards. Even the times I did got to play, the game did render my computer completely unresponsive after spending some time whatever launch argument I tried with.
After spending some time, I've found that the hybrid graphics was the root cause, so launching the game while only dedicated graphics was in use worked for me. Though, I launch the game through Heroic Games Launcher anymore to avoid using any program that uses hardware acceleration, otherwise it makes my computer freeze again.

Worked well for me in classic games. I didn't run into any problems with the anti-cheat after the update through Heroic.

Epic Games updated to the EOS version of Easy Anti-Cheat and haven't enabled proton support, making the game unplayable.
Screw Epic Games

Latest update removes anti-cheat support for linux
PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60 gamemoderun %command%
Game was perfectly playable before, but after the latest update when you try to get into a match you just get kicked out. You can still buy show-bucks though 🙃.

DOTNET_BUNDLE_EXTRACT_BASE_DIR="" %command% PROTON_EAC_RUNTIME="/home/USER/.steam/debian-installation/steamapps/common/Proton EasyAntiCheat Runtime"

Loading times felt slightly longer but I couldn't tell if that was me or if it was the game, so I didn't include it in the report. Regardless, it was nothing major and the game itself ran just fine.

The game runs well on most hardware, but might be cumbersome to the first setup sometimes because of the anti-cheat.
DXVK_ASYNC=1 gamemoderun mangohud %command%
Tried multiple fixes from the internet, including setting DOTNET_BUNDLE_EXTRACT_BASE_DIR=""
or PROTON_EAC_RUNTIME="$HOME/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Proton EasyAntiCheat Runtime"
, and even the outdated method of chaging TargetApplicationPath=FallGuys_client_game.exe
in FallGuys_client.ini
. None of that worked for me. My log files (see ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/1097150/pfx/drive_c/ProgramData/Epic/EpicOnlineServices/EOSInstaller/Logs/EOSInstaller-*.log
) were always failing with "FApplication: Run completed with MSIError1603".
What did the trick for me was changing to TargetApplicationPath=EpicOnlineServices\\EpicOnlineServicesInstaller.exe
, starting the game once on Steam, then rolling back to TargetApplicationPath=FallGuysEACLauncher.exe
. Now, the latest log shows "FApplication: Run completed with Success", and the games works again.
Easy Anti-Cheat was not installing, resulting in "MISSING FILES!" error on startup.
Better to launch from desktop mode. If launched from game mode it crashes because of anticheat.
This game runs well. You just have to launch the game in desktop mode for the first startup so Easy Anti-Cheat can install and run properly.

"Missing files" after install, subsequent runs the game ran normally
Played the game a few times on Steam Deck, after installing if will give you the "Missing files" error and close, but running it again afterwards showed no issues.
The first time it launched, the game crashed, and showed a crash report window.

To prevent "Missing Files" error cancel the Epic Online Services installation when the game is starting.
The game won't start, showing a "Missing Files" error, but there is a workaround

Controller glyphs in-game
At first I was getting "missing files" errors What I did: Uninstall the game Force proton to Proton 9.0-3 Reinstall the game
Once I had done that, it worked perfectly. Controls were perfect and got around 3 hours battery life

Encountered "Missing Files" on Steam, had to tinker with Heroic Games Launcher in order to access the game.
Ran Epic Online Services' installer .exe on the game's wine prefix Enabled the EasyAntiCheat Runtime Selected RunFallGuys.exe as an alternative EXE to run
Runs well, despite the headache trying to get it to work.

Game ran at 100 fps with both monitors on, and 180 fps with only one monitor on. GPU usage was only 20%.
Game has anti-cheat, but it ran perfectly fine without having to do anything on Heroic Games Launcher.
100 fps is 100% playable for the type of game this is, but that's with a fairly beefy computer. I could imagine 20% GPU usage being an issue for weaker computers.

i'm using the epicgames version, only older proton and wine ge works, few things still have to be configured like anti cheat, after you spend your precious time tinkering, the game will disconnect your attempt to join game

Worked flawlessly
Runs with no issues, played consistently for hours with no crashes.

Worked Prefectly
Was able to play for +2 hours without any problems. Only encountered some slowdown on the level creator.
Every few minutes entire pc would stutter significantly for about 20 seconds

Funciona perfeitamente sem nenhum problema.
Antes o jogo estava fechando sozinho depois de alguns minutos de jogatina, mas agora o jogo está funcionando perfeitamente.

Delisted on Steam, but bought back when it came out. Forcing Proton Expirimental and I have no issues at all running and getting into games.

Works without any issues whatsoever. Steam version.

Game works perfectly fine with medium settings (still looks great, can't notice a difference between high). There are stutters mostly at the start of the round with many players but as you progress and more people get eliminated the stutters are gone (those stutters are also not that significant). Playing on 90hz too.

Felt quite slow don't know if it's a linux problem or a ingeneral game problem
For some reason it kept popping up with a wifi issue in the bottom right but that's most likely due to my Australian wifi.
Despite having an anticheat it does function and doesn't kick you out of the game or anything like that

I played a few games as soon as I installed the game, I played very well, but when I tried to play again a few days later, the pairing screen said it was not matching, the server was waiting.

Set TDP to 10 and FPS to 45
Not sure why this game isnt platinum it runs flawless right out of the box with no changes at 90FPS on the OLED
