Crashes may happen during in-game, though it is less likely so it doesn't irritate much.
The game always doesn't launch properly in first go. It goes past through EAC splash screen and stays in black in full screen afterwards. Even the times I did got to play, the game did render my computer completely unresponsive after spending some time whatever launch argument I tried with.
After spending some time, I've found that the hybrid graphics was the root cause, so launching the game while only dedicated graphics was in use worked for me. Though, I launch the game through Heroic Games Launcher anymore to avoid using any program that uses hardware acceleration, otherwise it makes my computer freeze again.
Works out-of-box
The game requires its mobile application as a motion controller, so make sure to allow 8080/TCP and 6000/UDP ports in your firewall if the controller app doesn't detect the computer.

Played with a controller, completed the first level so far. Instead of startup splash animation, it shows TV color test placeholder and goes away after few seconds.
Demo build works great so far
It sometimes crashes with "Fatal error" message dialog, but it seems that it is more related to the game itself rather than the compatibility layer, since I noticed this also happens on other people playing native Windows version too.
Kicks from the lobby during or not during the match may happen.
It should be noted that this report is based on the Steam Next Fest demo build, so the issues I experienced may have been resolved in the future already.
