Multiplayer not working
Running both the Ubisoft Connect or Anno with Lutris resulted in Ubisoft Connect running but when I started Anno nothing happened, I let it run for like half an hour but nothing happened. There was a process called Anno 1800 that was running and taking 1.6 GB of my memory. This also happened when I tried to run it with Steam. Just Ubisoft Connect launched but the actual game didn't. I made it run by just double clicking the UbisoftConnect.exe which started with Wine and I could now actually start the game and see the game but the Multiplayer didn't work
Proton doesn't work for me. It says it can't connect to steam servers. Use native version instead
It's either bugged so it's lagging or it's running just on integrated graphics card even though I force it to use my nvidia graphics card by environment variables __NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia
Crashes a bunch of times on start up
VAC
__GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE_SKIP_CLEANUP=1 __NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia %command% -fullscreen -nojoy -novid -vulkan
Using this I managed to make it work. I had stable FPS only once though and the other times I was running on 10-30 FPS
__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia this should force the game to use nvidia graphics card
Not playable, can play singlepayer but if you join multiplayer game it disconnects you with error code 500
Native version was horrible. Lagging, mouse input was acting weird, menu buttons flashing and not registering clicks.
Proton version runs really good.
It's playable but slight performance issues in late game
Sometimes the mouth of workers are missing You can fix this by going to menu and load the game again
I feel like I should be able to run this at better FPS but don't really know
__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 %command%
Game is crashing if you set your textures on anything more than medium
Some crashes, might be because of the mods
None of the steam versions worked. All of them resulted in Unity crash
Game is running fine. You need to switch to Proton if you want to play Repentance tho
Native version runs fine. Neither of the proton versions worked the game didn't even start.
When playing Native version my whole system sometimes freezes and I can only hear the game sound. Can't move with cursor, can't alt + tab.
__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia %command%
Need to add the launch options so it will run on my Nvidia graphics card not on the integrated one
__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 %command%
Only Proton-GE worked for me. Proton 7.0 would launch the 2K launcher but would bug out and say there was an error. Launch option so it is forced to run on my dedicated GPU.
