Resolution change requires restart of game or enable/disable of windowed mode
Mouse DPI/speed needs to be dropped, otherwise too fast in game
Few shader compilation lags during the first 15 mins or so of play

Cutscenes all work, however audio can get out of sync (sometimes a lot).
Game needs to be locked to one core (haven't tried more) else restarting from checkpoints will cause the game to lockup. Slight stuttering at times because of the single core.
Had one crash at the beginning of the game.
After setting locking the game to one core, was able to play it all the way through with minimal issues.
Works excellent
If you are using the GOG version, you have to use the flag --gfx gl to launch the game in openGL mode. Text is blurry on 2k screens (known issue with game, not proton). Easy fix is to run the game windowed, and use gnome magnifier under accessibility with 2x scaling - it will zoom the window to fullscreen and works great as long as you use a controller.
Works perfect with uplay overlay off
Gnome Shell crashes consistently when the game is first launched (Ubuntu 20.10), no impact on game and able to Alt+Tab fine afterwards

Few stutters during cutscenes
This game runs great with minor lag-spikes once you actually get into the game. It will launch out of the box and is playable between two linux machines. See the below:
- 1: Turn off Steam overlay and turn off steam input or controllers won't work
- 2: Launch the game
- 3: Alt/tab (may need to change the game to window mode if this gives you trouble) out of the game and to the origin client, add the friend you want to play with.
- 4: Alt tab back to the game, and select play online.
- 5: Your friend now needs to launch the game, alt tab to origin, and under the friends list select the "join game" option next to your name. NO INVITE NEEDS TO BE SENT THIS WAY
- 6: Your friend will join the game, and can alt tab back to the running game.
Not pretty, but it works.
Works perfectly with Proton 6.3-5
May need steam overlay disabled, but origin overlay works now
Works very smoothly, few quirks here and there, however playable with no tweaking.
Reflections on certain objects flicker, not very noticeable
Full screen mode broke while switching between gnome workspaces, unable to resume playing afterwards.
Mouse input appears to be laggy - I play mostly with a gamepad, which has no issues.

Had some crackling, fixed with launch option. Might just be my system though, I've had issues with general audio crackling.
I get 90+fps @ 2k generally, with medium-high settings. Absolutely beautiful game.
