Copied the first launch option I saw from an Arch based system and it runs great. The game does slowdown after being alt-tabbed though.
Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental, Set launch options
PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 VKD3D_DISABLE_EXTENSIONS=VK_NV_low_latency2 __GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE_SKIP_CLEANUP=1 %command%
Happy with the results w/o much tinkering at all
