Some item panels have scrollbars that seemingly can only be scrolled with cursor click and drag
Occasionally (not all runs) exhibit slowdown in later waves especially with high projectile builds
Recommend switching to 3x zoom in the options, but not essential to play
Recommend switching to 3x zoom in the options, but not essential to play
Not text but given this is a hidden object game it can be a little hard to spot on a smaller screen. Recommend switching to 3x magnification in the settings to help find those kitties
Heavy use of mouse means it's not the most comfortable way to play but definitely possible
Had trouble with resolution initially where UI was cutoff. Had to force a higher res to be able to see the menu, then I could toggle windowed to fullscreen, exit the game, and restore native res. After that everything worked as expected.
Some UI hang when panels open for the first time (inventory, level start). Subsequent loads of similar things seem to run full speed.
Did not work with me using Steam defaults despite this being listed as native. I had to force Proton otherwise it just shows a black screen on startup.
Played through in a single session, ran perfectly. Does not fill screen width but I think this is a stylistic choice by the developer
Some actions like crafting or scene transitions (entering / exiting etc.) can cause slowdown
The slowdown is somewhat annoying especially moving between screens, but definitely not a dealbreaker and I still had a great time here!
Recommend turning ON the two effects related settings in options. Confusingly these REDUCE the amount of effects meaning horse zone and crafting perform better.
Community control scheme is not required but can help to speed up some actions by doing turbo A button presses.
Some runs exhibit slowdown if you can't kill mobs quick enough and the enemy count builds up. Is generally fine to play through and may be slightly easier due to slower game speed
Text is quite small but relatively readable
Runs great and can be backgrounded and run fine too. Saves sync between PC and Deck automatically.
Controls are not the most comfortable with heavy mouse usage but manageable for most things.
Remember to calibrate your audio offset both through speakers and headphones separately if you're using wireless. The game has a nice feature where you can save multiple audio offsets and easily flip between them depending on what output you're using.
Some slowdown with certain late game builds and mobs
Pretty much flawless, was able to play start to finish in a couple of sessions with defaults
slight crackling, but maybe due to low sample audio in game
Overall text is quite small however the in game magnifier works well and adds to the charm.
There is also an alternate font which is easier to read but a bit less thematic so it's personal preference.
Played start to finish in a couple of sessions, and it runs great. Small text may be a problem for some but the game does a good job of integrating magnification and alternate font.
Text can be small and sometimes a little hard to read due to the nature of the pixel art and "handwritten" script
Only played through DLC2 at time of report (beginning to end). Runs great, only minor issue for me would be legibility of text is sometimes a little hard to read
