Works flawlessly out of the box.
Finished the game with no issues.

Just works
Flawless - played the entire game with no issues.
It even runs fine on default settings

My wife just got a Steam Deck and is a first time "gamer". She got this on sale and we installed it and she just spent about 12 hours playing it all the way through with no issues. We didn't change any settings and had no issues.
40Hz, no need for more fps in this game
Cutscenes don't work on Proton 7.0-4, but they work perfectly on Experimental or GE 7-37. No need for winetricks, no upside-down problems.
You need to run the game first, then need to install wmp11 to fix the inverted videos, but trying it from the "winetricks "WINEPREFIX=/path/to/steam/steamapps/compatdata/801480/pfx winetricks wmp11" will result in an error because microsoft removed a couple of files, you need to find gdiplus+ from the internet (the dll version, archive dot org should have it) and copy it to wine SYSWOW64 and System32 in the pfx windows folder, then you can run the command
Videos are flipped until you install wmp11
Installed wmp11 from Lutris winetricks menu
Some Proton versions play cutscenes upside down, I found that lutris-ge-lol-7.0-2-x86_64 played audio but no video. After installing Windows Media Player 11 it plays perfectly.
Cutscenes play, but are upside down!
Cutscenes play, but are upside down!

Someone who plays story based games will want to see the story, but cannot, at least not out of the box.
As others have reported, cutscenes do not play - which in a story-based game is a deal breaker.
The aforementioned lack of cutscenes.
Cutscenes don't work, and the story doesn't sense without them. I don't think the game is worth playing without the cutscenes.
No Cutscenes
No cutscenes
A meta note: The trend on ProtonDB seems to be that missing cutscenes aren't a major issue, so its ratings are becoming less and less useful to me. This game is listed as Platinum, and I would categorise it as Borked for this reason.
The lack of some cut scenes is a big drawback for me but if you play the game for the puzzle solving aspect then this problem is negligible.
Some cut scenes don't play which is a bit of a pity in a semi-story driven game.

Some video cutscenes in the first three chapters aren't playing. Watch on Youtube if you care for the story.
Achievements are now working with Proton 5.13.
Achievements work flawlessly with Proton 5.13-1, used to be broken with <= 5.0-9

Does not unlock Steam achievements
Almost perfect but same bugs as other Unity games
FMV don't work and achievements don't unlock
Doesn't seem to be activating steam achievements.
No cutscenes

Initial test indicates, that game runs perfectly - game is locked to smooth 60fps, starts in native resolution out of the box and properly interacts with desktop (I can freely alt-tab in and out of the game). Steam Overlay also works exactly as it should.
