Runs perfectly out of box. You may want to set PIPEWIRE_LATENCY and PIPEWIRE_ALSA to ensure minimal possible latency when using Pipewire (which is default in most distros). Also it wouldn't harm to set you system's allowed sample rates as described in (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/pipewire/-/wikis/Guide-Rates) according to your hardware capabilities (which may be tricky to find out, but most boards usually support 41000 and 48000)

Runs flawlessly and with better latency then on windows out of the box. But you can make some tinkering to improve it.
Only a drop in FPS at first; nothing serious, though. Everything else worked perfectly (stable gameplay). Stable FPS and no other issues.

Using fullscreen worsens performance, being inferior to Windows in comparison, but still playable.
The "PRESS START" screen insanely drops the FPS... for some reason. The rest of the game runs fine.
Does not recognize the ownership of the DLC.
The game, aside from strange artifacts with the cursor and generally worse performance compared to Windows, is playable. I didn't bother to keep testing it since it can't recognize my DLC and forces me to use the free version, which takes away all the fun in my opinion. If you don't own the DLC, it might be enjoyable. P.S: All these problems occurred on my main PC as well.
Run fine without Background Recording
You might enable Background Recording for other games, but for this game you should disable the Background Recording, at best it will record without sound(which defeat the point of recording a rhythm game), at worst it will crash the game.

Works great, even on low end computers. Though with some common bugs.
Sometimes crashes after a song. However, this is also an issue on Windows.
A lot of the bugs you may find with the game are also common issues on Windows. So it may a problem on the games part.

Se entrecorta de forma muy ligera
Ni en modo ventana ni en borderless he podido forzar la pantalla completa, ademas en este ultimo modo (Borderless) la pantalla no se ajusta automaticamente como deveria
Ralentizaciones ocasionales
El juego es juguable pero noto un calentamiento medio en mi dispositibo, ademas que solo puedo lanzarlo utilizando los graficos integrados, esto devido a que el juego no me detecta la grafica

If you're on low-end hardware, turn down the screen resolution, turn on V-Sync, turn on windowed, and it works like a dream. No issues at all.

Ive played over 100 hours of this game on my Windows machine with full HQ settings so when I switched to Linux Mint and tried the default proton steam recommendation it was playable but there was (to me) very noticeable blurry gameplay. It didnt matter if I did fullscreen, windowed, lower refresh rates, different resolutions. It was blurry to me. Changing to Proton 9.0-2 (I know it says I picked 9.0-1 I just couldnt find '-2' in the drop down) completely solved everything and I now play on the highest resolution, unlimited framerate, and get crisp gameplay. I also immediately afterwards scored an All Perfect which to me verifies that audio sync is not an issue at all. Have fun!

Specify Proton version to Proton Experimental or Proton 7.0 if possible, don't use GE. Using any other version may cause significant audio delay (especially in game after a while of playing, the music and the hit sound will slowly become unsync). If you noticed any audio pop (slow stop interval), then you should change Proton version before it becomes unbearable and ruin your game experience.

En la ultima actualizacion, yo juguaba a este juego, junto con su DLC y sin utilizar ningun parametro de lanzamiento, (Utilizando tambien proton 7.0-6) pero, hace poco fui a juguarlo de nuevo, y me encontre con la sorpresa de que tanto con parametros de lanzamiento, como sin estos el juego se queda en una pantalla en negro o salta un error diciendo que mi grafica no soporta diretX 11 : ( Seguire haciendo pruebas y hare un reporte mas extenso en cuanto mi dispositivo se enfrie, ya que el juego si vien se queda en una pantalla en negro, aparentemente tambien empieza a consumir recursos como si se ejecutara...
