Decrease graphics to Low to get 5 hours instead of 3.5h. With Deck resolution low vs high doesn`t have noticeable difference.
HUD and text are quite difficult to read. Inconvenient, but playable
Random stuttering for no reason. Happened once or twice.

A few random freezes, but still playable
Game and UI froze (but not the mouse cursor) about 5 times over my play-through and I had to forcibly close the application. The issue is infrequent enough to not be a game breaker.
Apart from input mapping issues, work very well.
Keymappings don't seem to work, neither do my controller customisations work. Mouse input is fine though. haven't figured out the cause or workaround though.
So far everything works perfectly.
Expected more frames per second.
No other problems than slowness maybe.
Could not set the game to be windowed, it was always fullscreen with maximum resolution
Since the latest update (v1.0.11442) you just get a black screen
