Ran fine 40fps on high/med, but lowered gfx to get highr frames maybe consisrent 60 (or higher) possible (maybe - untested)
Good game and runs well on deck!

Add an issue about Ubisoft connect not installed. Installed it with proton tricks and the game start
Crappy Ubisoft launcher
Small text in-game

Frame limit 40FPS (40hz refresh rate) TDP 15 Decreased graphics settings, game looks good on the small screen
Ubisoft Connect is a pain to navigate and can often break the on-screen keyboard
Small in-game text, made worse when using plugins built for 1080p monitors

Game: 960x600 resolution, fullscreen
Steam: 40 refresh rate, manual GPU clock 1000, FSR (sharpness 3)
Had to bring up the software keyboard to login to ubisoft (initial setup only)
Game resolution does not change unless in fullscreen mode
Doesn't quit properly. Sometimes all you need to do is press back, sometimes you have to force quit through the steam menu
You need to have a ubisoft account and link it to steam. Also has is own launcher for some reason.

Ubisoft Log-In window appears do be doing some weird stuff but after it loads and closes a few time the game launches fine.
Typical external launcher shenanigans, game opens and runs fine no modifying anything needed. Recommend switching the "Dynamic Resolution FPS Goal" to 60 in order to get ~55fps average instead of the ~40fps it sems to target on default.

Ubisoft Menu panel breaks the controls
Controls break after opening Ubisoft menu.

First launch did crash; second and consecutive tried to launch after did not crash and loaded properly
Found a old tweet back from early feburary about something similar, said to try bleeding edge. Tried that but did not work, Switched to GE-proton, crashed the frist time but everytime after that it would launch and would be able to play and save.
My steam deck input doesn't work at all after I close the ubisoft overlay. The only thing that works is the mouse (steam + R trackpad). I can select stuff and move with that, but no other button responds. I tried with proton experimental, bleeding edge and v8. Also tried with steam OS beta and stable. Nothing seems to work

after recent update to ubisoft connect game will not launch, crashes on boot
After the recent update to ubisoft connect, game will instal attempt to launch, but will crash shortly after. Before update could run on high settings with no problem
40hz and low settings
Keyboard functionality for Ubisoft Connect is broken. Only about half of the keyboard works, this includes the keyboard was plugged into the system. Only way to sign in was connect ubisoft and steam accounts on their website.
Has a bad memory leak problem. Able to play for about ~30 minutes until frame rate drops, and crashes. This is a hard crash that requires a hard reboot of the system.
The game's badly optimised, bring the video settings to low/medium to get 60 fps.
Memory leak, must reboot the whole deck when it freezes.
The game doesn't properly quit, use the Steam Overlay.
linked uplay and steam accounts beforehand on PC
fps locked to 40, video settings fast, msaa 2x, nice antialiasing off, vsync off results in about 3hrs
when switching to other apps, such as spotify, the screen tends to flash black a few times
After uplay update crashes sometimes, but is playable most of the time
Reinstalled twice, and both times the "login" button doesn't do anything so I can't use my existing account, so can't play with my existing save :/ Usually works fine if you can get past bleedin' ubisoft connect.
Set graphics to low and disabled dynamic res
Runs just as well on windows
Shaders to ultra low + MSAA x2 + shadows to minimum + vsync on + fullscreen, the rest on default
When you quit the game, a force close is needed (probably Ubisoft Connect not closing with the game).
Install uplay (and log in) through protontricks
Setting shader quality to low, with otherwise unchanged settings, results in ~10W less power consumption compared to high
Cannot exit game from within Game
UPlay crashes when not using Proton Experimental
Work out of the box. No adjustments or tinkering needed. It should be marked Steam Deck Verified.
Switch to Proton Experimental is not needed anymore since the Ubisoft launcher fix has been pushed to the stable Proton with version 7.0-6
Ubisoft Connect was crashing. After forcing Proton Experimental it was launching without issues
Steam version works well. Just need to change compatibility setting to Proton Experimental
Uplay
Uplay launcher has issues at the time of writing, but can be quickly fixed by switching to Proton Experimental
PROS : Work Great on Proton Next (7.0-6) !!
CONS : Crash text on proton 7.0-5 before ubisoft connect appearing
Install and sign into uplay through protontricks
After enabling proton experimental, game was able to launch and ran without issues.
Whoever is still forcing ubisoft connect in all ubisoft games needs to be guillotined

Works great after you get heroic to play nicely with the Ubisoft launcher as a launch setting in heroic.
Everyonce in a while when it is launching the Ubisoft launcher it just loads for ever.
