Out-of-the-box on both NVidia 1060 6GB and current AMD
60 hours in, no issues, needs a bit more resources than previous mainline LAD games

TDP 12W
Game starts on Borderless and only supports 1280x800 in fulscreen
TDP: 12W FPS: Unlocked
FSR: 2.1 (Quality) with sharpening set to the lowest
Shadows on Medium
Vsync: Off
Everything else on High/On
Average FPS is 80–90 with no noticeable dips so far. Runs smoothly and looks great!

mangohud gamemoderun gamescope -W 3840 -H 2160 -f -- %command%
Running the game through gamescope fixes being unable to Alt-Tab out of the game.
The game worked perfectly fine with Proton 7, but for some reason it does not launch with Proton 8. Run it with Proton Experimental or GloriousEggroll's GE-Proton8 instead, and you should have no problems.
Note that here I'm referring to the newest releases at the time of writing, which are Proton 8.0-2 for Valve and GE-Proton8-2 for GloriousEggroll.
This problem might be fixed in future releases of Valve's Proton, so try that first.
Works great.
Runs a little hot, and you can have an occasional dip in framerate if things explode, but it runs amazingly otherwise on all default settings. Would recommend, but don't take it past low settings to minimize those framerate dips.
Amazing game that runs amazing on linux.

Using Playstation DualSense in bluetooth mode, the game shows Xbox controller icons. If steam input is disabled for the game and using cable connection, then the proper icons show.
Game is 16:9 aspect no matter what. If you do the Steam Deck's resolution the game has borders on top and bottom.
I set the screen to 40hz, FSR on Quality, and graphics settings to high. Game runs pretty smooth with only occasional frame rate dips.
Game works fine as is, but you can squeeze out some battery life and remove motion blur with the steps I explained.
Bonus tip : Disable motion blur : Go to desktop mod, navigate to the compdata folder, and then 1805480/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/LikeaDragonIshin/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor/ Open Engine.ini and add at the bottom : [SystemSettings] r.MotionBlurQuality=0
In deck : CPU to 10, Refresh Rate to 40, FPS Cap to OFF, Allow Tearing to ON, in game : everything Ultra, FPS cap to Unlimited, Vsync ON (better input lag than with the deck frame limiter)
Game is a great experience on deck, smooth 40 fps / 40 hz with graphics cranked to the max, can make the text bigger in the game option, the only nitpick is, the game does not support 16:10 and will add bezel on top and bottom of the screen, which you can remove by selecting 720 res in the game settings.
Usual shader compilation stutter thanks to the unreal engine.
Works great with default settings. 60FPS
Game seems to run flawlessly.
Was unable to get it to work using GE-Proton, but the most recent stable version of Proton works.
Runs beautifully at 1440p @ 120hz.
Had to swap to Proton 7.0-6 (since I had it on experimental by default) but works great with little to no performance issues even on dx12.
I changed the settings to medium and activated fsr for 60fps
gamemoderun MANGOHUD=1 PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=0 PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 %command%
Proton Experimental and Proton GE do NOT work, the game won't launch. Force using Proton 7.0-6 and the game runs almost flawlessly
There is some minor frame rate hitching in combat and after cutscenes (likely just Unreal engine stutters)
Also works well on Steam Deck (if you enable FSR)
Use Proton 7.0-6 Doesn't launch on experimental or GE for now.
Game crashes quickly under default Proton. Under GE it spins for a few minutes and then dies.
Tried reinstalling dependencies, tried dxvk, wined3d, and numerous other options.

The game only worked for me with the -dx11 flag and Proton 7.0-6. Once it's launched, except for stutter every once in a while due to shaders, the game runs well

-dx11
A few stutters.

Currently broken. Running with defaults crashes the program while Steam keeps reporting the game is running. This is fixed by running in Proton 7.0-6 with -dx11 launch options

Per https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/6546#issuecomment-1435009436 on the Proton issue page, the game only worked for me with the -dx11 flag and Proton 7.0-6. Once it's launched, except for stutter every once in a while due to shaders, the game runs well
Game shows as running, but its not actually open.
Tried it with GE too, but it also didn't work.
