Played like a charm, with native build.
Played it all the way through the end on my PC and Steam Deck, and it worked well. The tutorials and the images showing the controls even adapt to Steam Deck specifically, which is nice.
I played through the entire game flawlessly, worked like a charm even in docked mode, in 1080p.
Set to 50Hz/50 FPS, TDP to 8 Watt, GPU Clock to 1000 MHz
The videos sometimes are shaking, even on the main menu, but it wasn't dealbreaker, and it didn't happen all the time.
The game was not starting for me with Proton 8, nor Proton-GE, but with version 7.0.6 it is working (The same happened for me with Like a Dragon Gaiden).
Limit to 30 fps
Using Playstation DualSense in bluetooth mode, the game shows Xbox controller icons. If steam input is disabled for the game and using cable connection, then the proper icons show.
Game runs great, and the local coop problem will be soon fixed with the newer version of proton..
Had to switch to version 7.0.6 to use multiple controllers at once (https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/6385)
Not all controllers detected without tinkering mentioned earlier.
Game runs great, even in docked mode, with 1080p resolution, with minor slowdowns in busy areas, but with 800p, it is running great.
Set to 50 fps
There was a fix crash when fighting one of the boss, but it sems to happen on Windows as well, changed the resolution from 1080p to 900p (I played the game docked on my TV) RE5 Steam version crashing at end of 5-1.
The game is running well, either in portable, or in docked mode (with 1600x900 resolution with FSR upscale).
30 fps lock
Minor crackling over headphones, but not noticable when plying in docked mode on the TV
30 fps lock, lowered resolution to 1152x720, graphical settings set to medium, TDP set to 9 watt.
