I encountered issues with the native Linux build, such as wrong screen resolution, no audio, and unable to select any option in the start menu, thus unable to start the game. However, after enabling Proton, the game runs flawlessly.
No issues. The game works fine out of the box

Linux (Native) build doesn't upload save data to Steam Cloud. Make sure you're running the game under Proton for the data to sync.
If you need to transfer the save file over for whatever reason, the Linux one is found at ~/.config/unity3d/Snoozy Kazoo/Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion/save.dat
and the Windows/Proton one is found within the prefix, also called save.dat. Hope this helps anyone!

Game does not start with correct resolution, you need to increase it in settings.
You can evade taxes on Linux

Runs perfectly on Native build
Game did not save the first playthrough I did, I have no idea if it was an error on my part.
Other than that it runs perfectly

Flawless OOTB
Nothing to add, works perfectly.

works perfectly
Works out of the box
Reduced TDP to 6W and GPU to 800
Works perfectly
I just had to manually select a higher resolution in the settings
Had to change resolution to 1280x720. Game does not support 16:10 aspect ratio, so you'll have black bars.
Runs perfectly OOTB.
Completed the main story without any problems.
Only for logo video in intro (Also missing on native)
I could not get audio to work in native version. Proton was flawless
Runs flawlessly on native Linux
Native version runs perfectly, but isn't being updated now. Proton version runs super smoothly.
The native build for some reason won't play audio over DisplayPort and only ever via Line Out.
Loading screen misses two splash screens
Proton builds works absolutely fine besides loading screen splash screens.
