Worked perfectly under WiVRn (OpenComposite). Probably better performance than I got on Windows

ALVR had audio issues, so WiVRn/OpenComposite is much recommended.
Native Linux port has graphical issues which makes it unplayable. Just use the proton version, it works perfectly anyway.

Doesn't run well at all without using DLSS/FSR
Make sure you have the STEAMDECK=1 environment variable set, or the game will crash on launch (as of latest update dated 9th Jan 2024)

As a nice bonus compared to Windows, you don't have to have the EA Launcher installed globally :)
Linux (Native) build doesn't upload save data to Steam Cloud. Make sure you're running the game under Proton for the data to sync.
If you need to transfer the save file over for whatever reason, the Linux one is found at ~/.config/unity3d/Snoozy Kazoo/Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion/save.dat and the Windows/Proton one is found within the prefix, also called save.dat. Hope this helps anyone!
