In windows 10 my max fps is 120. Using linux the fps went 150 and above, much better than I expected.

Since i just recently started dual booting linux with windows, i still had to disable secure boot before it could pick up my gpu. this was a system-wide problem though so no game was running before i did this.

Perfect on NixOS, hyprland

Fresh install. Game will not start under Proton Experimental or Proton 9.0-4
Tried adding command line options suggested in official FAQ, no luck. Game does not start, and does not even generate a log file to help try and diagnose the error. Just silently fails without ever even appearing on screen.
Works perfectly
Flawless OOTB running Proton Experimental. Used an Xbox 360 controller throughout with no issues.

Kept getting out of memory errors, switching versions seemed to do the trick.

A bit laggy but playable
Just pick up and play, game's currently in early access still, and the closest I've seen of bugs seem extremely minor and not linux based

Renderer creation failed. Please ensure that your graphics card meets the minimum requirements.
DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME="NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670" VKD3D_FEATURE_LEVEL=12_2 %command%
I tried downgrading proton all the way to 6.3-8, but nothing worked. With a lower version of proton (6 or 7) and without the VKD3D_FEATURE_LEVEL=12_2
flag I get some other crash instead of the Renderer creation failed
.
Maybe my graphics card and/or the driver is just too old.

It works perfectly for me out of box.
Anyone with a Renderer error using a Pascal GPU (1050, 1060, 1070ti, 1080 etc), try changing to version 6.3-8 of proton. Runs fine then.

Runs great after changing to older Proton without any launch options or other tinkering.
Crasher frequently, stating a GPU Memory allocation error. Fixed after switching to Proton 8.0-5 (Proton version recommended by the game devs).
Using the 535 Nvidia driver with a GTX 1050Ti on a laptop.

Sometimes shows a memory allocation error, other times exits on launch.

Problem's likely NVIDIA-driver related, since I've had no problem on AMD devices.

Tried basically all of the Launch options and Proton version changes suggested here before me. Nothing worked.
Switch to experimental and older, Set launch options
No bothers here, just install and you're good to go!
Blocky artifacts on all characters/enemies (goes away with forced Proton 8)
Works great OOTB as excpected!
Audio fell out of sync and became fast/degraded. This was after the game was paused and the deck in sleep mode for a few days while in middle of a run

I had the "Renderer creation failed. Please check your GPU meets the minimum requirments" fatal error like many others and had to tinker a bit. Similar to cavillamizarc, I had to use vulkaninfo to get my GPU's alternate name. Game does NOT launch at all for me with gamemoderun
among the launch options though.
Game appears to run smoothly afterwards though, even with my crappy GPU. No bugs so far!
Works perfectly fine out of the box

Fatal error: Renderer creation failed.
gamemoderun DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME="NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M" VKD3D_FEATURE_LEVEL=12_2 %command%
I receive a "Renderer creation failed. Please check your GPU meets the minimum requirments" fatal error.

Works smoothly out of the box
No troubleshooting required, the game runs great from install

Runs great so far, 1440p@60fps
early access but runs great, not a single issue so far

Works essentially perfectly; however will note that previously had a bug that would permanently pull focus when exiting the game, from every window on every workspace. However was completely fixed after Patch 1! Good job SuperGiant!

Runs great on Linux. May require custom launch options if you have integrated and dedicated GPUs
gamemoderun DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME="BONAIRE" VKD3D_FEATURE_LEVEL=12_2 %command%
I had to include these launch options on steam:
gamemoderun DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME="BONAIRE" VKD3D_FEATURE_LEVEL=12_2 %command%
Insert the name of your dedicated GPU in DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME. Use vulkaninfo to get this info instead of lspci! Using lspci to get my GPU name did not work
vulkaninfo | grep deviceName
Works "out of the box" - no problems so far.

Works flawlessly out of the box
Solid game, despite early access tag. Runs smoothly

The game breaks very rarely. Given that the game is early access, if you can be patient with some frustrations, it's worth it in my opinion.
VKD3D_FEATURE_LEVEL=12_2 %command%
Controllers will sometimes disconnect (Switch pro controller, not the case on other games with same hardware)
The game broke twice on the last segment of a run. Once I could interact with the next door, no matter what I tried. The other time, the game simply froze to death when facing the final boss.
Got it running on a Framework 13, contrary to other reports.
