Tinker Steps:Switch to older version: 8.0-5
Error code 1015 since patch 1.000.400. Proton Experimental didn't work. Proton 9.0-2 didn't work. Proton 8.0-5 fixed the error. No futher problems noticed.

Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: Hotfix
I tried bleeding-edge proton experimental, experimental and hotfix. None worked. Driver error. I upgraded my Nvidia driver from 535 to 570. This with proton hotfix resolved all issues. Runs great.

Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton9-11
I tried Proton 7, 9 and experimental. I had significant stuttering and FPS slowdowns on all. Installed GE-Proton9-11 and game runs great.
